First time visiting. Waitress was friendly and fine. The food was ok. Felt it was pricey. Sandwich was small for $13.50 and any fries was extra charge. Ordered a cherry lemonade and read free refills. At this place must be soft drinks and coffee free. Wasn’t til we received the bill did we know. Did question it and most places a manager comes by but waitress had to come and explain. I suggest they print no refills. She came back and took off one…but still the manager should have done that, they weren’t busy. Noticed a 3.99% processing fee for card!!! Plus already added to bill. It was supposed to come off with cash🤷♀️. We just dislike all those underlying fees!
It was very cold and was told heat is turned off at closing and takes awhile…just turn it down! My husband is never cold but he was and felt cold air on his feet! It’s winter still and if we pay those prices we shouldn’t be so cold that we have to wear our coats on.

We have been here before and had a great experience, so when my husband offered Bugsys as an option for our Valentine's date night I jumped on the opportunity to come back. Well tonight was a total let down. We started with the sampler platter for appetizer, the fried items were over done and the spinach dip was terrible. My husband had the lobster Mac and cheese which was dry and tasteless. My so called roasted potatoes were over seasoned and over grilled. Not roasted my pork chop was good but very very small and thin. Not worth the cost. They forgot my husband's salad and when he reminded them they brought him one with the wrong salad dressing. Our waitress was nice but clueless. Not sure we will be giving them another chance.... Sad we would like to support local businesses.

Went there tonight with my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. Everything from the appetizer to the drinks to the service was fantastic! They were extremely busy so of course everything wasn't perfect but I would highly recommend!

Tried to go out for a nice meal for Valentine’s Day but something is always wrong here. We have been here 4 or 5 times. This time we had a new waitress who was really friendly but if she is not ready to be solo she should be checked on. The bread and oil that is brought to the table we never got or were offered. We ordered an appetizer and drinks and later our meal. The appetizer never came so I figured I would check the bill to make sure we weren’t charged half way through our meal she realized the appetizer never came we told her to just forget it and she said she wouldn’t charge us for it. Ah right. My lobster tails came out cold. Not to mention it looked like a Paprika truck dumped on them. And to boot when we were leaving another waiter brought out our appetizer and went to two different tables asking if they had ordered it. Lastly can you please pay your heating bill as every time we have been there it is freezing in there and all your patrons have to eat wearing their jackets. Thank you and good luck.
I don't know why this place isn't more packed than it is. It always seems to be close to empty but the food quality is fantastic and the service was fantastic. The interior of the building is modern and clean. Everything was clean. It kind of reminded me of Lucas in downtown Canton. The only thing I will say was that for this type of weather that building was a little bit cold but I guess you can kind of expect that with the open ceiling concept. I highly recommend it. We went to four restaurants on our date night and we didn't realize that it was winter formal and all four of them had 2-hour waits. We went to bugsy's and got right in.

The food could use more seasoning as the red sauce is bland and the oil they bring for the bread is minimal with seasoning. Instead of the baked bread maybe just use the bread sticks and those seem to be more well liked from my 3 visits there with different people
Service is quick and very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing.
Kid-friendliness: Yes it's friendly unless someone is at the bar and they are a little more "sauced" and loud than usual.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT EAT HERE! My family and I just left this place completely disgusted and furious. Horrible service and complete lack of cleanliness. Multiple drinks served that tasted like they were poured from dirty soda guns. Dirty plates with grease residue and crumbs. Poop smeared in the men’s bathroom toilet. Asked multiple times for more napkins and silverware only to be told we should just share the ones that were given because there were multiples in them. Doesn’t get worse, right? Wrong. We were then served cold bread out of a MOLDY bread baskets! When we complained, they said “oh that’s normal, it’s from the material of the basket”. Absolutely not, it was MOLD from not being dried properly. When we insisted it was unacceptable and we would be leaving, they then still charged us $60! I do not know how this place still has its doors open. Do not risk your health or waste your money eating here.

First visit- Food, service, atmosphere all awesome! Pescatore Pasta was fantastic! Waitress friendly. Only issue was hot tea served without a teaspoon or sweetener in a tiny cup for $4 - sad. Asked 3 staff for sweetener, only 3rd one obliged and by the time sweetener came (which I stirred with my fork), tea was cold. No refill offered.
2nd visit a month later...Things have gone dramatically downhill... 1. Fruit flies everywhere.. 2. Employee only closet door with purses, coats, etc. left wide open for an hour. 3. Had to request sweetener for hot tea AGAIN, TWICE, a month after same issue on first visit. No teaspoon given to stir. 4. All food ordered including bowls of soup, salads and entrees were served within ten minutes. 5. Cheesecake ordered to take home was 'caramelized' or burnt black on one side. That is not how it is served unless described that way, which it wasn't. 6. Toilet paper (2 giant rolls was empty in bathroom. 7. What is up with the giant mirror mounted on the wall across from the toilet in the women's restroom? STRANGE! Final visit for us. It's a shame because food is overall very good.

my partner ordered wings with celery and they brought out a cup of chopped cup of celery… have you ever seen this at any restaurant ever? what is this. I asked the server about it and she said “well we don’t serve celery with the wings so this is how we do it” it makes no sense to me. the perch tasted rancid. They replaced it with shrimp that was mediocre. The whole experience was super mediocre for an $80.00 bill. I recommend going elsewhere.
Good food kind service and very calming atmosphere definitely eating here again😊😊
