This is the 3rd time I have gotten home with my carryout and had items missing from my order. I drove all the way back to get the missing items, and they have never been apologetic OR did they offer anything in way of compensation for my time. I wouldn't even go to this location if it wasn't so close, and I pick it up for my 90 year old parents on a somewhat regular basis. Just make sure to ALWAYS check your order before leaving!

When you go through Burger King, make sure you get your receipt before you leave their window because they will not take it back but they messed up. We ordered three Five dollar bags Junior whoppers and they had nothing on them I used a credit card on top of it and they didn’t give my receipt and didn’t want to refund or make it right. They are straight up. Garbage will never eat there again.

Burger King is my favorite fast food "cheap" lol burger. However just don't go to this location at night. Your wiat times are bad but worse. I've had 6.... I know, im fat... orders in the past month or so. 2nduring the day flawless fresh and got. But as soon as the cats away the mice will play. You only get 1 slice of cheese on a double cheeseburger. And often the order is completely wrong. On ketchup only you get everything but ketchup. I've been polite and said nothing the first time or 2. Just drove back up for a fix The 3rd I pulled a manager aside and she was friendly enough but clearly did not take my suggestion to just remind the staff as a whole to put 2 slices on a DOULBE cheese butger... or they didn't care. Eitherway. Just don't go at night. And by night I dont mean 1 am in the last hour. If you show up in the last hour you get what you get. But over 3.5 hours before close? Im a pretty underatand fast food customer having worked in ood my whole life. But also. Have just a modicum of integrity for your work yall. Apologies for the typos.

Food was pretty fresh and made it well. Got the wrong mozzarella sticks wanted the spicy ones got normal. Burgers were fine. Drink was fine. They didn’t take very long either pretty quick.
The workers were nice. The breakfast sandwich was gross. Thankfully, the hash browns/ crispy crowns were mostly edible.

While giving my order the worker said “is that all your ordering because we can’t take big orders” told me there are only two people working. Her, the guy cooking and the manager. So now the manager thinks she doesn’t have to help her crew? Just tell the customers we can’t serve you if your order is too big? She did tell me that if I wanted to order more I could pull back around. How does that make sense? And the girl at the window asked “did you at least get food for the kids?” As if I should be ok without dinner for their convenience.

I went there yesterday and today yesterday I got a firey strawberry sprite a rodeo burger, 8 piece mozz sticks and 8 piece chick frys they ran out of the firey sprite which was fine but the chick Fry's were not that good but the mozz sticks were amazing. So not much of a problem until today I went there got firey strawberry sprite 8 piece mozz sticks with sauce and a firey whopper but oh no what did I get I got a firey Chicken sandwich with no bacon a 8 peice chicken Fry's with no marinara sauce and a medium dam sprite I orderd a large then I asked them if it's a large they said yes then I look over and see bigger cups I should have thrown this drink all over them after that

So my husband and I usually have no problem with the service at this location except tonight. So we pull up to the speaker at 11:10 and all we order was four cheeseburgers. By the time we got to the window it's 11:19. We waited until 11:27 until we received our cheeseburges. I don't know why it took them a total of 17 min to make four cheeseburgers but that's just ridiculous.

I don’t know how high these kids working were but they got nothing correct. ??? 8 piece chicken fry not quite only got 6 chicken fries that are cold and hard as a rock . Two whopper jr’s minus onion extra pickle !!!! Well almost ??♂️??♂️ they put the correct order ticket on the wrapper but made them no pickles and extra onion. And god forbid they ever give me a sauce for my onion rings. The young woman at the window couldn’t have been ruder than the woman who took my order but I’ll be damned if she wasn’t !!! Told me no when I asked for mayonnaise packets and then I asked for a mall side cup please and she said “ it’s against company policy” ??♂️??♂️??♂️ guess all the other times I received either of them was luck.
