In addition to providing slow and terrible service, they will not refund items ordered online that they cannot make. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

P I s s poor service. Waited in lobby 20 min for my food bc they wouldnt answer drive thru speaker. Gave me food so cold its like rubber. Manager is so condescending it's pathetic. Id hate to be that miserable going thru life. If you hate your job and yourself that much, find a different job outside of customer service smh. Pathetic

Just sad prices go up and quality goes way down. Drive-thrus today are hit or miss and it's about 50% u get all your food. Y u think they have that last door closes to the end of the drive thru. It's not just this company it's all food places mostly. Work on the Drive-thru please

Of course they can't remember the sauces that are supposed to come with an item. I guess it's really hard to throw a sauce in the bag. No napkins, utensils, or straws either. Chicken fries tasted like they reheated them up. They added lettuce but it was literally a taco shredded piece of lettuce. And it's not just this burger king.

Ordered fresh fries with my meal. The lady that took my order was real nice however the manager Jamie, mixed the fresh fries with the ones I was waiting on. When confronted, he was rude saying "I know what I'm doing" and continued being rude. Drove home (apx 1 mile) and 1/4 of my fries were cold! Guess you didn't know what you were doing after all Jamie, because I won't be coming back!!

I went for 2 things and sat there for a half hour all you hear is music blasting in side the restaurant and mind you I'm at the window. The girl running drive threw needs a new job she can understand anything you say . Never will I go back this early in the morning

Got breakfast here and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and they only gave me one. Pulled forward checked my bag noticed I only was given 1, looped back around to the call box only to be told they can do nothing for me because they are no longer serving breakfast and that they will not refund my money nor give me something else. Unreal.
If you are open 24/7, but don't want people inside late at night, have a walk-up window, not every hungry person is driving a car.
