I used the app to order ahead. When I arrived, even though the app said it was ready, they were still gathering items (20 minutes after the order). Then, when we ate it (5 minutes after picking it up), the food was just "warm", not even hot.

Went through the drive thu and had a very rude employee do nothing but mumble and when I asked him to repeat what he said, he screamed just so I couldnāt understand. I politely drove off and gave McDonalds my $60.00 order. All 6 of us enjoyed it more than Burger King anyway. This is a minus star location!

Some places need to have enough HELP ? to take care of " walk-ins "! But I have SEEN most drive thrus " suggest " to take care of THOSE DRIVING THROUGH FIRST ! Sometimes walking in? You will wait until the line is DOWN ! BEFORE !!!! you can get someone's attention ! When you EXPLAIN - 2 PERSONS take outs in DETAIL ! YOU should NOT need to go BACK IN ! to say what they FORGOT ? ON MOST VISITS ! WHY ? do I need to SAY ? each visit- 2" orders of cookies ,that means I need FOUR !!! cookies ,I get billed for FOUR ,,two in the bag ( not ) FOUR ,if not all the time ? It COULD BE FUNNY ?

Angie Nichols was rotten. And Brock was pretty rotten too. They both were rude to me. Brock apologized. Angie Nichols acted like it was a hassle to wait on me I'm never going to that one again. And they just don't care. I reported it to a manager but he don't care. They don't know what they're doing over there they take forever and they just don't have a clue I won't go to that one.

How is it possible to have no one in your dining room, no one in your drive thru, during lunch time hours and I have to pull up and wait for over 10 MINUTES to have my food brought out to me. This is ridiculous. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and NEVER COME HERE!!!!

This place was a horrible experience from ordering to getting our food. It took us 25 minutes in the drive through. I understand that theyāre understaffed but when there is a āsupervisorā standing in the front not helping and even told the staff āI know how to make all of that but Iām not helping youā and then continued to talk to who ever was standing by the counter was insane. And then for us to get home and our order be wrong!!!!!!!!! Get it together
The girl was working and training was super nice and very apologetic for the wait, which was no problem at all considering she was training and at 9 at night they were very busy. All food was correct, happy with everything!

My fries had to have a bucket of salt poured on them. I always like a lot of salt on my fries but these were uneditable. I had five orders of fries and all five were that way. Very disappointed because usually everything is fine at this Burger King.

Every employee that I interacted with at this location was amazing. I did a drive through order and both employees that I talked to asked me if I wanted extra condiments and if my kids wanted crowns. Never has a fast food restaurant made sure I had everything I need before I pulled off. I always forget to ask for anything extra by the time I pull away from the window. IMPRESSED ??

Gotta Love the Burger King app. Whopper Wednesday is the best!!! Liked this location. We dined in instead of the rush through the drive thru. The dining area was empty (as expected) It was an enjoyable evening.
