Poor service and horrible food. Wasn't giving my complete order and they wouldn't even refund me for the missing items. Don't waste you money here.

Took the fast out of fast food. It would have taken me less time to get a burger at sunrise. The bacon was entirely too crispy. Practically burnt. And absolutely nobody looks like they wanted to be there. I understand that fast food is not a good job, but don't take it out on the customers. What's worse is the biggest offender had a manager name tag on.

I come here for lunch and they put mayo on my chicken sandwich I asked for it without and it even says no mayo on wrapper I guess I’ll go hungry tonight no time to go back…
Update: I just went back and let them know and they made it right and gave me a new one no charge I got to eat tonight !

I occasionally have to have my whopper meal. I dine in and eat it slowly because it's a once in a long time activity. The staff was very friendly, got my order right, the food was fresh and hot. There must have been some kind of staff meeting about to happen. More employees came in. They were very friendly and comfortable with one another. That made me smile. ? The only complaint is instead of catsup, it's water with a little catsup mixed in. The containers to put it in are teeny tiny! I just take longer getting more of them. Lol

Just ordered some royal crispy wraps through the drive through. How hard is it to wrap a tortilla? Seriously. People at Taco Bell do it all day. And there was mayo everywhere, all over the outside of the wrap and the wrapper it was in.
