The Burger King on Hills & Dales Road in Canton, Ohio is exceptional! The manager, Tena, and her entire staff are always so friendly! The restaurant is always very clean. My visits to this restaurant are always a wonderful experience!

They microwaved my sausage biscuit. It was so hot. I burnt my lips. Filing a lawsuit against Burger King. It's necessary. They think it's cool to microwave your sandwich above 180°

So I found myself needing to stop here due to a couple of guys that I work with, not having wives that packed their lunches for them. I had already enjoyed my well-balanced and nutritious lunch that my lovely wife had packed for me... HOWEVER, I drive by Burger King on a regular basis, and like anyone else.... I am always tempted by the smell that BK pumps out of their roof. This time, I gave into said temptation!! In my 46 years on this planet, they were the freshest pickles, tomato, onions, and buns I have ever had at any Burger King or McDonald's, for that matter. Now, as for the fact that I bought a Whopper Jr., just so I could have something to eat with my coworkers... I was a little upset to see (after purchase) that I could've purchased "Two Whopper Jr's for $5" instead of paying almost $4 for one. I miss the days when cashiers would excitedly inform you of the "up-sell." I surely would've purchased two.. In closing... This was the best quality Burger King of all the Burger Kings that this guy has ever experienced.

Went there Friday. Left after waiting 40 minutes for food. No one at counter, left without refund. Will never go to this location again
I was there yesterday around 11:45am and y’all need to give that poor man working the drive thru a raise. Matter fact, give all your employees raises. Y’all were so understaffed and he was doing his best for everyone. Running around the front counter, back of store, front of store trying to get stuff for customers. I waited for almost 20 minutes, AND my food came out hot!!

I typically don't leave reviews, especially for "fast food" restaurants, BUT I had an exceptional experience going through the drive-thru at the Burger King located on Hills and Dales in Canton, OH this afternoon (11/6/2024). Both of the drive-thru attendants, the one taking payment and the other handing out the order, were both extremely polite, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. I've never had a bad experience at Burger King. The food is always delicious. Most people feel the need to leave a review when they are unhappy with their purchase or with the service they were provided. I think it's important as well to leave a review when you have a good experience, which is the reason for this review.

Hamburgers/cheese burgers are always cold coming out of the drive thru. You need to nuke them more so they are hotter.
