I wasn't sure it was even open. The signs in the windows weren't on. The door on the parking lot side was locked. Second time this happened to me. I tried the drive thru and found it was open. I waited close to 10 minutes for my food. Could hardly understand the girl working the drive thru speaker. Expensive food that didn't seem to live up to the price.

We ordered food through their website and went and picked it up. When we got it home both sandwiches were made wrong and they put them in the boxes upside down so everything was stuck to the box. We took it back and asked for a refund after originally calling and the manager could’ve cared less. The manager told us that only the GM could authorize refunds. We asked him to call the GM while we were there. He did and Troy the GM assured us we would be refunded. It has been a week and no refund. We’ve tried to call several times and. I one ever answers the phone.

The worst! Do not waste your time or money here. Check your receipt. My total was $12.14 my account was charged $14.57. when questioned no one understood English. I was give a phone number that no one answers. They are robbing their customers. Run from this place.

I couldn’t give negative or zero stars. To start off, this location only offers drive thru, we got our order and went home. Once we opened our containers we found out we didn’t even have the right order. I tried calling 7 times and all 7 times nobody answered. Drove all the way back to the store to talk with someone on the drive thru speaker about the mix up, and they just stopped talking. Drove up to window and asked to have our order made correctly. Neither employee understood English and would only speak Spanish over their headset. After 10 minutes of just asking them if they would remake the sandwiches, we were told no and refunded our money. The guy speaking on the intercom wasn’t even in the store. I wonder if all Charley's are run the same way. I will never return and will never recommend to anyone.

Ok, I guess I’ll be the one to just say it: The staff doesn’t speak English well enough to be working here. I’ve come here and got free food. I’ve come here and got the entire wrong order. The common denominator is the kids working the register can’t understand customers.

Sorry if this offended anyone but the truth is the truth. There is a language barrier here, and it’s causing for poor experiences.

This location has been a disappointment. The food has been of good quality but the service is often too slow. Today's visit was the worst.
My order placed through the app was listed as "ready" before I arrived. From the time I pulled into the drive-thru to the time I received my food nearly 15 minutes had elapsed. There was no one else in the drive-thru save for the one car at the window, which I assume is the reason I waiting at the speaker for the first 5 minutes of my visit. And while I appreciate fresh fries, putting them into the fryer as I roll up to the window is not a valid reason for me to be waiting another 10 minutes for an order that was already confirmed as "ready," especially when there is another car behind me. I do enjoy the food, but I have to weigh if the continual poor service is worth the trip.

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 28 YEARS ON THIS EARTH!! Walked into the dining room at 6:45 pm on Saturday evening and nobody was to be found I found 2 workers outside and 1 between the doors sitting on the floor talking on the phone. One guy had a big smile on his face like it was funny when I seen him and asked for help (RUDEE), then the 1 guy helped me and gave me my order I went back in to find someone again because I was missing pickles and the same guy that smiled in my face seen me but still didn’t get off FaceTime to help me but went to find the other guy who was doing a drive thru order.

Who ever worked like 2 months ago was the best they had everything in the best way…

today I got the food, mozzarella sticks are half empty, wings are not fully in sauce it’s just dripping on it, fries cold…

Absolutely disappointed…

We went to the restaurant around 3 on July 5th. The parking lot was empty and so was the dining room. We didn't know if it was open or not. I called for someone several times and finally the cleaning person came out and said she would get someone. We waited another 5 minutes and still no one. The cleaning person came back out and said someone was coming so, we left. We met a couple in the parking lot and told them what happened and they left.
Not a good way to run a business. We won't be back.

Let me start by saying that just ordering here was an absolute nightmare. Not a single sandwich out of the 3 I ordered was correct. Then they forgot all 3 of my fries. Got home, opened up the sandwiches with the fam and BAM! none of them were correct: this is hands down the most frustrating thing when you haven’t eaten all day and it’s 9pm. Charley’s is pretty legit, but stay away from this location! I tried calling and of course…. Nobody answered… sigh. Good luck north canton! 😢

They need to change the person ordering food. Other than that the food is good. The milkshake though was mid. The cheesesteaks are good! The wings are good! Just ordering the food was a little difficult.
