One car was ahead of us at the pickup window, and we waited 20 minutes for our order.

Slow service and they charge $1 for an ice water! It was 90 degrees outside and I paid $18 for a small sandwich, fries, and a milkshake and was told I had to pay an extra dollar for tap water.

Best Charleys in the Canton area. We have ate at mall location and one on strip and this location beats them all. Thumbs up to employees.

The cheese steak was excellent. Fresh ingredients, delicious bread and ample quantities. The service was outstanding, as I had a somewhat complicated order and they absolutely nailed it! I will definitely return to this location!

The first time was excellent, the sub was awesome. The next day I went back and the sub was just okay. Real messy, a bit soggy and just okay.
