The food as always was really good. It was very loud music not guests. Our wait staff was not very attentive asked for refill on my tea she said she would get it. Then came back with our bills. Not sure if it was shift change or what. But did not feel she was fully into her job.

Food was served quickly, hot and delicious and refills on my drink came promptly. The server didn't warn me that the molten chocolate cake dessert is sized for two. I'm not mad about it. I'll be back to try more of the menu soon.

Terrible experience since we entered, they did not want to serve us
It took them too long to serve us at the table, then they brought us the food and did not bring us cutlery nor did they appear at the table again. Terrible attention.

Food was served sloppily on the plate. The "loaded mashed potatoes" are only lightly garnished and lukewarm. The shrimp have a light, spicy southwestern flavor that isn't overpowering. The steak was excellent!
I wasn't happy at all with the the cleanliness of the bathrooms and they weren't stocked with paper towels.

Possibly the worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had. Normally I’d never write a review but since I’m also a server and if I treat my customers like this I would be fired, I figured it was right to write a review. First we got there and our server barely said a word to us. We got our food and there was a HAIR in my food. They took it back and gave us a new one. At my work, if that was the situation, they would’ve gotten the meal free or 50% off and a free desert. They tried to charge us for the entire thing. We didn’t not receive a discount until we mentioned something and we were given 5 dollars off the 25 dollar meal…. Ridiculous. Then I told the server as I walked by that I had a question, her response was “I have no more answers for you” I was going to ask if I could get the cake.. she also did not clear off our table at all. When I see that a customer had a small table I make sure to take anything I possibly can out of there way to give them more room. She did not remove anything until we were ready for our bill. The management was not good as well for allowing food to be served with a hair in it and then not doing anything to make up for her. The managements response when the food was brought back out was “hopefully this one is good for you, I have long hair so you know it could happen”. Will not be going back. Thank god i work at a respectful place that takes care of their customers.

Was told there was an hour and 50 minute wait, I left my number and walked around the mall to kill time. Came back after two and some hours later to find out the person wrote down my number wrong. Okay fine. It happens i guess even though 0 and 8 sound different but maybe she typed it in wrong. She takes my name and number again and said it will be about five minutes. 57 minutes later and new people walking in all get sat down before us. We watched her dance and eat while avoiding eye contact. Literally would look all around us and would ignore us being there. Got up to ask how much longer the wait would be and she would not speak to us even while I’m asking for her attention. We find out from another host that she took us off the list and we’ve been waiting for no reason… we were right in front of her and both my wife and I were wearing bright colours so we’re hard to miss. Took about more than three hours to be seated for our order to get mixed up our fries to be cold and clumped and our table to be sticky. I had the worst experience here and if I could rate it a 0 stars, I would. The chicken was the only good thing about this place

We usually love Chili's but tonight it wasn't good. Out of egg rolls , so I ordered chips and salsa, never got it, ordered crispy chicken sandwich and it was so hard it was not edible. Server didn't bring napkins until we asked. Food was cold, no croutons on wilted salad.

My fiancé and I hadn’t ate too much most of the day so we decided to stop here for supper. About an hour after we left my fiancé’s stomach started cramping, within the next couple hours he was violently sick, expelling all of his stomach contents. He ordered chicken, I’m not sure if it was undercooked or if it wasn’t handled properly. Statcare confirmed it was food poisoning. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, especially surrounding the holidays.

Overall, I like Chillies restaurants, and I am a regular. On 5th Dec I was traveling to Canton, OH and I happened to have dinner at this Chillies restaurant. I ordered for Presidente Margarita and Salmon. I was in the bar area. I enjoyed the food and left a tip of certain amount. In my credit card statement I am seeing the tip has been increased and charged to my card. Thats unethical, and I will not be visiting again.

This review I’m leaving as I’m not satisfied with the response and outcome I received after this restaurant not only failed to put in an order correctly but because I was not reimbursed for the entire order. I did choose to return the food to the restaurant and had to go back there after pick up and already being at home after working. I ordered a quesadilla (without bacon) A side of guacamole and a side order of fries. The quesadilla had bacon on it. The pieces were lumped together. Mashed in the to go box. Sticking to one another. Not at all how they would look if plated while dining in. The condiments were thrown on top of the quesadilla in the same container. Not placed in a separate bag or container. The guacamole was put in a cup the size of a small ramekin in which you may put ketchup or mayo in. Hardly worth the extra money. I paid by credit card. It takes about three days to process a return to a credit card. I explained to Katie, the manager that I preferred to bring the food back. And to be reimbursed in the way of a gift card. I also wanted her to see how this was boxed. For the purpose of coaching team members. She didn’t seem interested in seeing this and told me that she didn’t need the to go meal to coach. I also expressed that I was not interested in them preparing the same item again after they didn’t get the order correct to begin with for reasons she understood and told me she was offended.
Katie. The customer is Always right. You should have reimbursed me not only for the entire bill but for my time. And for the inconvenience of having to return to the restaurant to receive tangible reimbursement for a dinner I could not eat. I’m not going to stand in the restaurant and request that. That’s up to you to provide good customer service!!
