Chili's Grill & Bar

Had sever named Olivia and service was TERRIBLE!! She barely visited the table and the area was gross. We often had to ask someone else for help. Worst service I've had in weeks!

This is the first time I’ve ever reviewed a place online ever since I’m not one to complain ever but this needs to be said. We sat down and ordered our drinks like normal and then came the start of the problems. My mom had ordered a unsweetened tea with Splenda. She received a sweet tea and no splenda which is just a regular mistake so we asked for the right drink and she never got it. Then came our food in which my sister received the wrong meal and no fries which she asked for. Then while all of this is going on my mom still never got her drink fixed. Then when she finally reminded her nicely she takes the drink away and comes back with ANOTHER SWEET TEA. We understand that mistakes are made and sometimes people have an off day but I feel like getting a drink correct is the bare minimum for a server.

Loud but as expected in that environment. One of the other patrons kept staring at us. Our server was great. I can't remember her name but she was phenomenal.

Established wasn’t busy when we walked in. Had to wait on refills or had to ask another server for refills as our server was hard to find. Food was average at best and value for dollar spent was not that good.

Food came out wrong. Ordered no onions , onions on food. Food was literally cold ! Plus it took 20 minutes to get my food. Server kinda odd chuckled and said it was her fault.

Suraj was the absolute best server we have had ANYWHERE in the past year! It was a busy Friday night, and he was not only super personable, made sure to make recommendations, answer questions, and watched him help other staff... but to top it off, he was so ON IT that we never had to ask for anything. It was like he was a mind reader!! THANK YOU SURAJ. (hope i didn't butcher name)
As far as the food goes, thank you to the kitchen. Great job- YUMMM!
And your host staff was so sweet. All smiles and very organized.

Manager at lunch today was so rude at the door. We couldn’t believe she was a manager! She told us the bar was full and we couldn’t sit there but you can clearly see it’s empty. This place has gone downhill

Food was so amazing but unfortunately my order was not complete. They forgot to add my chicken critters with the ranch to my order when I picked it up. When I got home I figured it out that my chicken was not inside the box.
Other than that. The food was so good!
