We waited over an hour to get a table, while people who came in and got on the wait list after were sat first. I don’t know if they just forgot about us or not. And when we asked for an update we were told “I’m not sure”

I ordered a 6oz steak cooked medium with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I also ordered soup. I never received the soup. The first steak that came was well done. The second one was cooked properly but was over seasoned as it was very salty. The scallions on the potatoes were old which was disappointing. It was also very loud as they had no sound dampening measures. I would rather not go back there. The only thing good was the service and the broccoli

Customer service was terrible. We were seated, then moved because we had a baby. That was Ok until we got back to the hostess area and they told us next time we had to say 5 people instead of 4 and a high chair. When we were told it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait, we decided not to wait. When I told the hostess we would be leaving, a friend of the hostess (came in while we were still waiting) began mocking me. The whole experience gave me a bad feeling. I will not return. Sad that a young woman can ruin a restaurant. Who ever owns that Chili’s should look into this hostess and not allow her to have her people in the restaurant while she is working.

Wait time was short, waitress was attentive and nice. Food was well seasoned and good, the QP burger was good but wasn't completely done in the middle. Other than that am overall good experience for a first time visitor.

I tried to enjoy my lunch but I found a hair in my salsa. After ignoring the first hair and thinking it's just a coincidence, I found a SECOND HAIR IN my quesadilla. I don't have a picture of the first hair because I lost it, but I do of the second one. Luckily I asked this rude old lady waitress to dispose of my meal. only good thing is that my meal (the quesadillas) got taken off of our order. We were constantly being watched by the old women

Visited here at this location for the 1st time in a while. I was very pleasantly surprised!! Prices were fair. The food was outstanding. The restaurant was clean & looked to be recently somewhat updated. Service was good. Definitely would recommend & will definitely be back when we're in the area.

Nice place. Seating by inside by the front door as you wait is pretty cold in the winter. Husband's pasta was cold when they brought it out. Some of the chicken strips were a bit too chewy. Couldn't eat it. Appetizer was good. Wings, dippers and sliders.

I hadn't been to Chilis in a long time. So I seen commercial for their food. I got the Chicken Quesodilla. It was very good,waitress was nice and it was very busy. I plan on going back soon
