Absolutely terrible service. Ordered food here for the 100th time. My coworkers & I. $70 worth... drove 30mins out of my way... what I received was not a correct order. Spoke to the manager and the manager blamed his cooks.. said he can’t keep a cook because they keep quitting. Took zero responsibility or accountability. Told me if I drove back (another 30minutes) that he would fix the order... instead of a refund or even a credit for next time. I told the manager he will be losing my business and he did not seem to care. So maybe he won’t care about this review either?Edit: After seeing what the owner said. All lies. We’ve ordered multiple times & each time our order was completely dusted. The most recent order didn’t even have ANY dust. We called and was told that we’re pretty much lying that “there was dust on it”. The owner wanted us to drive another 30mins back - to have the $70 worth of wings sprinkled with dust. No thank you? The wings would be beyond cold at that point. The lack of professionalism, integrity behind your food and co workers LACK tremendously here. You’re a small business, who bashes your own employees and takes no accountability in your mistakes. This is the reason people don’t leave good reviews... because shortly after you drop the ball anyways. The dusted wings are good and maybe i would leave a good review if you would have just took the time to admit your mistakes and offer a discount but you didnt so the service is absolutely TERRIBLE. Not just within the employees but within management as well. And never was offered a discount ever. We will not be ordering from chillax again.

Tried to get their Thursday special called a number of times finally got ahold of someone grl told me the special didnt start yet asked for the time she put me on hold nd hung up went to the location told her what happened and reasked ma question said she was goin to ask the owner, came back and said its no longer Thursdays it on mondays now... Come to find out the lil special is still on Thursdays smh poor communication or have someone up front who knws wt she tlkin bout
