After the Cleveland ave one went downhill we switched to this one…. Until tonight this will be the last time we order from here. Totally ignored what we ordered and gave us whatever he wanted us to have. Ordered brown rice and got white ordered extra everything and Our portions were terribly small and my wife found plastic wrap in her bowl. I don’t eat spicy food nor did I order salsa and received both thanks for the heartburn…..I do not recommend going here.

After not going for a few years after countless bad experiences at other chipotles…..this chipotle has now, on multiple occasions made my pick up food perfectly!!! They are incredibly nice!!! Thank you for bringing back a former customer!!!!!

This location does not have indoor seating. Sat outside under an umbrella with a huge rip in it during a rainstorm. Not a comfortable experience.

The only reason they are even getting 1 star is because I had to so I write this!
We ordered online , got to the store window waited 10 mins for them to stare at us while walking past the window….
Gave us our food, got home the rice not even cooked hard as a rock ….i got chicken and steak I got 3 pieces of steak and maybe 2 pieces of chicken … I will not come back here again

Found a hair in my food. I've ordered here multiple times. I tried to call in and was transferred to a caller who was less than helpful. The hair was gross and brown and no in my family has brown hair. Super gross and will not be back 😒

I never write reviews but omg this chipotle makes me SO MAD. The past three times I’ve gone here in the past month, or should I say tried to go here, they have been out of many things. The first time it was cheese and guacamole, and same for the second time. Today, they were out of cheese, guacamole, steak, mild salsa, and corn salsa. How do you run out of so much stuff constantly? Workers are always nice but PLEASE order enough because how do you run out of CHEESE and GUACAMOLE…. 😭😭

Ate here for the first time in September 2024. Friendly people. Smaller portion of food than other Chipotle restaurants that I have been to. No indoor seating. Tight parking lot.

It's Chipotle. You know what you're getting.
More than once they've been out of multiple things, but fail to let you know until you order. The staff has zero sense of urgency to replace food or make the food. They are in thier own time zone with zero regard to anything else.
