I love this location. Management is always so nice and takes good care of us. The food is always fresh and for as busy as they get, theyve never messed up our order. Shout out to Mannah and the GM for the smooth operation of our favorite local spot!

Two times in a row now my order has been messed up. Here’s my order double white rice, no beans, fajita veggies, chicken, corn salsa, cheese, lettuce, light sour cream. First time they gave me brown rice, black beans, chicken, corn, hot salsa, cheese, and double sour cream. Second time they completely forgot my fajita veggies, and to top it all off my bowl was iced cold when I picked it up at my scheduled time. I understand mistakes happen, but this is is just getting ridiculous.

By far the worst chipotle in the area. Screwed up my online order twice now and when they do get it right, the portion sizes are so small, its not even funny. Will never order from this place again.

Whoever was working tonight 8/28 deserves a kiss on the lips 🤣 I placed a DoorDash order like 5 minutes before the cut off (I’m so sorry I was starving) and was a little hesitant about the quality id get with it being so close to closing time but this is probably the best bowl I’ve had in years! Great job guys!

Terrible burrito at 9:30. Falling apart and had to eat with a fork. It’s a burrito not a bowl. Terrible.
Just had the best Chipotle experience! The food was amazing, as always, but it was the crew that really made it stand out. You could tell they were a solid team—working so fast and getting everyone through the line with a smile, even though it was super busy. The person making my bowl was so patient and friendly, helping me figure out what I wanted and making sure I got a little bit of everything. They were generous with the portions, too! It’s awesome to see people who genuinely enjoy their job. I'll definitely be going back soon.

We heard the one in Belden has gone downhill so we tried the one closest to us on Market. The first thing we saw when we walked in was how messy the counter was. Rice everywhere except where the rice bins are. They were obviously too busy at 830PM for cleanliness to be a priority. There was so much of a mess and sloppy that it looked like different meats got dropped in different bins as the building was happening and no effort to clean it up. I love brown rice but there was so much white rice in the brown rice that I can’t taste the difference. I did not get pics of the mess but I am sure if you review the camera footage you can plainly see the same things we did. Our bowls were barely filled with ingredients that you could’ve swore there was a food shortage. This is the smallest bowl I have ever received. My wife’s was even worse. Cannot forget the bay leaf I found in my bowl. Thank God I didn’t just chew that up and swallow it!

Pick up orders have the worst portions ever. Every single time I have gotten pick up orders my bowl is half the weight as if I were to go in and order. Today I ordered double steak, which is 17 bucks, just to get a single serving amount. Food is fine but the servings are ridiculous.

After the Cleveland ave one went downhill we switched to this one…. Until tonight this will be the last time we order from here. Totally ignored what we ordered and gave us whatever he wanted us to have. Ordered brown rice and got white ordered extra everything and Our portions were terribly small and my wife found plastic wrap in her bowl. I don’t eat spicy food nor did I order salsa and received both thanks for the heartburn…..I do not recommend going here.

After not going for a few years after countless bad experiences at other chipotles…..this chipotle has now, on multiple occasions made my pick up food perfectly!!! They are incredibly nice!!! Thank you for bringing back a former customer!!!!!
