Amazing service! Guy with the fresh tats and gages (don't know his name) saw how much our meal cost and grabbed his friend to make sure it was right, because he felt bad about the cost. He was really sweet about it, and genuinely cared about his customers! Give him a raise!

Horrible experience. My friend and i ordered ahead of time hoping to make it back for the football games and when we got there our food was suppose to be ready and wasn’t. We waited an additional 20 minutes just waiting. Every employee we interacted with was rude. They were dead and had no food ready. The restaurant was a disaster and not clean. All the aerators were empty and dirty. The manager didn’t even look like she knew what she was doing. I think this restaurant needs some serious attention from the higher ups.

Very disappointed, I online ordered a brisket bowl and a chicken quesadilla. I got home and opened my brisket bowl and there was barely enough in it to cover the bottom of the bowl. The quesadilla was good but spending $13 on a bowl and getting next to nothing is outrageous. I won't dine here again.
Come here all the time, and while I don't order online, I've never really had an issue inside the store.
I never have issues with portions, and if I do, I'll ask, and they will correct it. Food is always hot, always fresh.

The tables are all covered in crumbs and my girlfriend wiped one off so we can sit at a semi clean table and one of the employees said “not on the floor” to another staring at us. If they do not want us to wipe other patrons crumbs on the floor, they should clean the tables themselves. It’s not like there wasn’t stuff all over the floor to begin with. Disgusting location, go to Tommy Henrich for a somewhat better experience.
