Worst chipotle in the area. Always skimp on portions compared to other locations around here. Chicken always chewy. Would rather drive out of my way to another location than come back

We usually get delicious food here. Last night the chips were very stale and the meat was dry as if it had been there all day. We were really disappointed as we brought it home to eat and had no desire to go back out and ask for a replacement.

i ordered doordash, evefythibg looked and tasted good. However, my rice was raw and i was spitting out completely uncooked rice peices.

Very slow service, guy was very not into working. Pacing around and no teamwork. The lady that was making the balls trying to keep up with the line almost up to the door. I walked out without no food got tired of waiting.

Not the best , went in with my friend the guy who took our order did not have good service, ordered a bowl and a kids quesadilla and this is what I got , the bowl was fine but in my quesadilla they forgot my chips and my drink and the quesadilla was horrible.

Lady dishing out the rice got disgusted when I asked for a new bowl that didn't have stuff already sitting in it.
The white rice was hard as a rock and the chicken and carnitas were both cold to the touch.
Probably my worst bowl at Chipotle ever.
Obvious that the employees there today around noon do not care about cleanliness or food quality.
Extremely disappointing visit.
