Recently placed an order for pickup...
1. We had to wait 15 minutes past our scheduled pick up time for our food.
2. We had 3 bowls on the order and only one of them was correct. The other 2 were not even close to what we ordered!!!
Placed an order to be picked up at 7:10 tonight. Arrived at 7:30 and was told they were still working on orders from 5:40!!!!! Excuse me, what?!? Why would you allow people to place orders online if you are that backed up. Two hours behind on online orders is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. They need to figure out their software so they can turn online orders off or update the pick up times because that is literally insane.
