I just picked up an order that I placed from the app and the portion size is a JOKE. The amount of money I spent on this was absolutely not worth it. So frustrating to get home and open this.

I don’t know how or why this location has some of the worst quality control I’ve ever seen. It’s either on par or it’s completely wrong and a horrible quality. And then when they do mess up all you can be offered is a free drink. Horrible customer service.

Disgusting and very dirty. I ordered a burrito and a salad and paid for both and ended up throwing both in the trashcan. Food crumbs all over tables, trash on floor. Food prep counter had toppings spilt all over it. They drug my husband's burrito through all the stuff on counter as they made the burrito. I couldn't eat the food after seeing the disgust. They owe me a refund. Quite honestly I don't know how they pass inspections from the health department.

I don’t know if maybe they were having a bad day, but the blonde working at the counter was unbelievable rude. I watched them roll their eyes at an elderly couple in front of me, and they seemed very over it when I asked a simple question about the menu.

I never leave negative reviews but came in for dinner with my grandmother, who is hard of hearing. I talked mostly for her, but the blonde at the register was very rude to my grandmother and very snippy with her. The person at the counter rolled her eyes and made a face when I asked for another side of guac….very odd experience.

The food is always disgusting at this location, and not made how it should be. The rice is always bland, the chicken is always bland, I have to drive 15-20 minutes away to to get chipotle made the right way from another location and I live not even 2 minutes from this location
