In most cases, I don’t post bad reviews or experiences because there is enough of that online. Posting this in order to spare others the experience and cost of this product. Completely inadequate quality and quality of food. I’m shocked this product left the store. Please reconsider your options if you are thinking of choosing this location. It is disheartening, as we used to order here frequently and give this location our business. Chipotle’s corporate website says, “Steve Ells, Founder, Chairman and CEO, started Chipotle with the idea that food served fast did not have to be a typical fast food experience.” Looks like the company needs to return to its original goals.

I have been coming here for a long time. I have been putting off this review because they used to be good. But now, it's take out orders wrong...many times...and meat so over cooked it's hard. I'm done with this place for a long time. Hopefully they turn around.

Had to wait over 30 minutes past when my mobile order was received. The staff was slow, even the cashier broke into tears saying this is how it always is and she can’t do anything about it.

Chipotle will always have a place in my heart but after them charging me to let them be in my head rent free now its out of my head. After the 2020 incident of inflating of covid-19 chipotle has become one of the saddest things I've seen. The food is so expensive now compared to what is was 10 years ago. And also half of the time you go to a chipotle anywhere down south or where famous people live people are brining cameras into chipotle to video the work. Give them a break.

Understaffed. There were 3-4 young people trying to run the entire store. All doing the best they can with GREAT attitudes. Customer service was their priority so everything else suffered. Dining area was a mess, trash overflowing and you could see the prep station from the cash register was a complete disaster.
