The food is always disgusting at this location, and not made how it should be. The rice is always bland, the chicken is always bland, I have to drive 15-20 minutes away to to get chipotle made the right way from another location and I live not even 2 minutes from this location

Worst Chipotle experience of my life.
To start my complaint, my girlfriend and I walked through the door at 8:30. The trash was overflowing out of the trash cans. Once we got up to the line the workers told us that they will be with us in just a moment. We sat there for a couple of minutes while the 2 young ladies finished there conversation and then served us. My girlfriend got a bowl and a tortilla on the side. Once Victoria cooked her tortilla she wrapped it all up in a roll then balled it up on the bottom. Stopped what she was doing and got a sharpie to write on it. She walked up to us and said look it’s an eggplant or whatever, okay no big deal as long as it’s usable. Once she made the bowl she packed the bottom of the bowl with rice so hard you couldn’t brake it up. Everything else with the bowl was okay. When she went to unwrap her burrito it tore into pieces because of how it was wrapped making it unbeatable. Which we didn’t care we were just extremely hungry. Now getting started on my bowl. I got the same thing as her. Bowl and burrito on side. Victoria did the same thing with my tortilla, I stoped her before she could wrap it and told her to please just fold mine in half. She looked at me ignored me and continued to wrap it in a roll. Making it uneatable. I asked for double chicken and steak. Got that asked for light veggies and caso. She didn’t add caso and I didn’t feel like repeating myself over and over. Next I asked for pico. She told me they where all out of pico and weren’t making anymore. Which is false because I looked at the online line and saw it sitting in the bin. Everything else I ordered was correct other than the portion on spicy salsa. This bowl was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even finish half of it which is pretty upsetting because I get chipotle 2-4 times a week in Medina for work. Me and my girlfriend both didn’t eat more than half and we always finish our entire bowl. Now the pros. The drinks silverware and napkins where all full. After we got our condiments we went to sit down. Half the tables had the chairs put up. The available tables where filthy. We had to clean off a area just to eat. Once we where done eating I decided it was a good idea to get the employees names. I walked up to the line and interrupted there conversation and asked for her name. She looked and me and said no why. After asking 3 times for her name she finally gave it to me so I told her it’s for a honest review of your work. She stoped me and said no please don’t and then asked me what I was going to do. I replied have a nice night Veronica. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. This is even more upsetting when you’re spending over $30 for a meal. THEY NEED MANAGEMENT.

Christmas Eve hours say they close at 3pm. Tried to place order online around at 2pm and after ten minutes of placing it (and not able to talk to a real human) the computer said they couldn't complete the order after I entered in my credit card. So I drove there to place in person, arrived at 2:25pm and all the chairs were being put up and the kitchen was in process of being cleaned. I said I tried to place online order but computer couldn't process it. Girl at counter immediately said they are out of Chicken. At that point I was out of luck, even though I tried to call ahead of time to see if I could place order with a real human. Christmas Eve hours should say they close at 2pm, not 3pm. Thank you for wasting my time Chipotle, when I even tried to be considerate and not waste yours by calling ahead. As I'm writing this review several more customers walked in so I'm not sure what they are expecting. But if this branch hours are 3pm, they should be able to serve until then, THEN break down the kitchen at 3pm or since it's Christmas Eve maybe a few minutes before 3pm, but not at 2pm-2:15pm.

Building was trashed and when I say trashed like lobby and behind the counter had more food on the floor than in the containers to serve food. Wasn’t a soul in the building besides four employees and myself l. I could have looked pass the trashed restaurant, but when I went back to work from my lunch break to eat my dinner the food was cold and nasty. I never had this problem but I guess going late in the evening is not a good idea lol

The food is nothing different from any other Chipotle. However, this place is always a wreck. Always looks like a bomb went off in the dining room. Trash everywhere, drink carafes not full, food on tables, etc. A few staff are working while others meander around acting like they are doing other things. They are ridiculously slow. Ordered online and was told it would be ready at 7:00, but wasn't put on the shelf until 7:40. This would be a better place if the staff would just take a minute to occasionally clean up in the dining room.

It's very quick but usually they will forget something from our order.
First of all this place was dirty as hell and the service was honestly bad, I had asked the lady to put steak in my bfs bowl because he had to take a call and she just completely ignored me and once my bf came in they just stopped taking our order and checked us out but the lady that checked us out was literally screaming in my bfs face asking if that was all we wanted. Honestly this just sucked, had high expectations and was let down..
