The food here is usually pretty good. And they always give good portions. Worth the $$

Rude staff, no shredded cheese, dirty restaurant, slow, do not go here

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. “Manager” refused to allow the purchase of a “large” quesadilla stating you can only order it online. There was no one in the building and would have taken two moments to make the quesadilla, walk it to the oven and appease a paying customer. When I asked for the manager she snapped stating I AM THE MANAGER. I will never return to this establishment and I feel bad for the franchise owner.

Went to the the location on cleveland ave by 34th st in canton and had amazing food, Taylor did a fantastic job making our bowls. It was one of the best I've had in a long time at chipotle. Will definitely be back to this location.

The worst place to order from!!! Only been to this store twice and the first time they gave my order to somebody else then today I waited 35 min for a burrito bowl.

Out of most ingredients, no white rice, no corn!!

I order my daughter food last night. We ordered two bowls extra everything paid and gave a tip . Bowls was half empty . My daughter bowl looked like someone ate out of it . I took it back in there and the remade the bowl in the back got home the poured salt in the rice in the meat . I would never go to the place after this . This location on Cleveland Ave needs shut down

If I could give this resturant 0 stars, I would. We placed a delivery order through the Chipotle app that was never delivered. This order was almost $100. First we tried to call the delivery driver, but the number given to us was disconnected or not real. After trying a few more times, we called the resturant directly and could not get through to an actual person. They need to do away with their AI answering machine because it is no help whatsoever. After several failed attempts to contact the store directly, we attempted to contact someone through the customer service link we received in the order email and kept getting kicked out of the message without any help or resolution. Now out last option is to head to the store and hopefully they give us our money back without us having to raise hell for their lack of customer service.

Every time I go to this location the rice is always hard. It's never done. The portions get smaller and smaller. It's ridiculous. You only get one spoonful of chicken and then they want to shake half of the chicken off before they even put it on top of your rice.

Cleveland Ave location has always had fast service they may get 5 customers but I have not waited no longer than 5 minutes maybe not even that long. Atmosphere could be a little bit more welcoming but it’s understandable..

I’m only writing this review because I drove 5 miles for chipotle as the other location has roaches, but when I got here I found out they have no vinaigrette for the third time this month. The girl was nice, but ugh and no note on door.

The service is always terrible here. Today I ordered 3 meals, the instructions were not followed for my meal to have light rice and mixed beans and I just got 1 type of bean and a ton of rice. Fine. But when I stayed at the pick up window because the chips I paid for weren’t in the bag the girl servicing the window rolled her eyes and flipped them in her hand out of the window with an attitude like I was asking for something crazy that I didn’t literally pay money for. Every time I go to this location they forget something and usually I am not the person picking up so I just deal with it, but I am tired of paying money for terrible service. Customer service for chipotle is trash online. I will not be going to this location moving forward it’s not like there aren’t options around that aren’t rude.
