First time there in years. Kids loved it and I was surprised at the improvements. Expensive though and no animatronics. I do miss real tickets too, but as a parent just managing kids, it was great.

I'm happy to bring my daughters here to make memories, as I have fun memories here from when I was younger. We signed up for the Fun Pass, and I am so glad we did. It has become a place to go for comfort and joy for our family. Where a kid can be a kid!!!

Didn't like like you had to pay extra to use the trampoline area and then wait for an employee to unlock it and seem unethused to do so.

This place is my son's favorite, especially since they got the trampolines. It's my favorite because of the price, which isn't ridiculous. Also, this location is one of the cleanest and chillest around. They are never so busy, we can actually have fun. Ticket blaster rocks! And the staff cannot be topped with attentive family oriented customer service. Never had an attitude even. They must love their jobs because they sure exude cheerful and happy vibes.

Just had my sons 6th birthday here. We had a large party of 18 kids. Megan, our party host, was fantastic. She made it so fun. We were able to play, do pizza, cake, and the birthday events seamlessly. The kids had a blast!

Took my 87 yr old mother there in wheelchair and she really liked playing the games and having pizza.

The atmosphere is depressing. The employees look miserable. I never saw Chuck E at all and we were there for an hour. Dont waste your time here. It gets worse and worse everytime I come here. Also make sure to eat before you come here. The pizza tastes like card board and the chicken/fries are dry and gross.
