Parking: Your employees decided to park all wrong in the parking lot then told me I couldn't park where I was parked... If that's the case you guys should move your cars and leave what little parking lot space there is for customers.. dude was rude and could have ended bad for him that day I even waited half an hour for them to make a 10 piece spicy even after calling the day before to inform them of me coming because they didn't have it ready tha day I called
Need more locations I think it has some of the best chicken in the country

I love the chicken there's no doubt they have a great product. But there is a serious issue with customer service the last two times I've visited have just been terrible. Understaffed the people that were there were new there's only seem to be one person out of a crew of four that had any clue at all what was going on it's a shame.
