The bartender was very friendly! She was extremely busy, and still did a great job! The fries were great as well. We asked for medium rare burgers. They said they only cook them medium well. I thought that was strange for a place with burger in the name, however, it actually came out between medium rare, and medium, AND IT WAS EXCELLENT!

Save your hard earned money… the onion petals are a joke and just breading the pickles are soggy and limp the burgers are tiny for $15 the fries are a absolute sad soggy and undercooked. The salad came with one cucumber and a half of a egg for $10 seriously. The service is slow while friendly. The games are a waste of space broken and you won’t win anything don’t put your money into them. The restrooms do not have changing tables for kids so have fun changing them on the counter. Much better places in belden to eat hopefully management reaches out because this was terrible

Great food great environment. Kiera was helpful and cheery! The hots are a good app comes with plenty of pita. The bourbon burger was perfect. The sauce made the burger.

Blend of a family entertainment center (milkshakes on tap) with an adult sports bar atmosphere. Good food. Great fries- cut thin, stayed crisp.

As of the time of this review, Coaches Burger Bar holds a 4.6 out of 5 star ranking, and given how plainly bad the experience I had was, I’m not entirely sure how.We went a bit after 5 on a Saturday for a quick dinner after seeing the great reviews and hoping for an equally great burger. The room was about half filled, but the hostess seemed more interested in getting back to her phone than helping us to a table. Given the demeanor, I opted for the bar fearing that service might mirror our hostess’ attitude. Service, from this point was slightly hit and miss, but mostly unremarkable. To start, I order a beer from their large number of taps and my wife stuck with water. My Breckenridge Christmas ale was good, and the cinnamon sugar rum was a nice touch. At $5 for a tall, the price was good too. The water unfortunately tasted awful. The kind of skunky, maybe this gun / filter hasn’t been cleaned in a minute flavor you occasionally encounter. Before I get to the food, let’s talk about atmosphere. The bar has a decent layout, with a half circle around some TVs, high tops in the middle, booths down the sides, and a game area to one side. Despite over 50% of that being filled, the place was strangely quiet. Like I felt like I couldn’t talk too loud or everyone would hear me. Combined with the sort of aloof service staff, the environment was casual, but felt strangely unwelcoming. Perhaps an off night, but still notably odd.Given their name of burger bar, we ordered two burgers (a Big Texan and the Bacon Shroom Burger). There isn’t a choice of cook here, and burgers come out advertised as medium-well, which is probably pretty close. The burgers themselves are uniform in size, a denser pack patty, and seasoned to the point where it’s not noticeable (in either a good or bad way). They come with a good layer of cheese as well, and the bun is acceptable. If it seems like my description of this burger is relatively uninteresting, then you’re experience reading this is similar to mine eating the burger.Points of differentiation between our two burgers. On my burger, the American cheese, barbecue sauce, and bacon, we’re all decent and added a little something to the burger. Then there were onion tanglers, which are basically fried onion straws, which were good, except for the occasional crispy bit that seemed determined to break a tooth. The first one I encountered I thought was a fluke, but after the next three, it became like eating something that contained bones - eating somewhat more gingerly - just in case.My wife’s burger was similar, with a nice amount of bacon, a decent herb aioli, and oddly as she eventually noted. No noticeable mushrooms - which is kind of an issue for a bacon shroom burger. To top it off, the fries were limp, soggy, and the oil may not have been to temp or the freshest. The did seem to be home made, but unfortunately the execution let them down.At over $15 a burger, the level of expectation set versus the delivered product is really hard to swallow, especially given this isn’t some burger bar on a Miami Beach or overlooking Boston Harbor. With a few of the issues aside, I think this could probably be a 3-4 star place, but there are just too many service and quality issues to figure how this is anywhere near 5. They’re far from the only game in town, and the quality isn’t meaningfully differentiated from a winking lizard (although they may have a leg up on the alcohol costs, but it’s washed out by the food prices). Overall, just not a fan of Coaches.

Great Place and service.. their Buffalo pizza was on point and very cheesy. Waitress Chloe was awesome and checked on us periodically which was a good thing. The burgers as well we're really good and they made them just right. I will be going here again for sure in the near future to try more of their food.

Parking: Parking location was good also.. not too crowded.

We went to Coaches tonight for our first time and we were blown away. The service was great from the moment we walked in! There was a large party bus that arrived shortly after us and they made sure we did not feel the effects of the large rush of people. All of the food was amazing! The burgers and fresh cut fries were delicious! All of the servers were so nice and smiled throughout all the service which is so hard to find! We felt very welcomed and cannot wait to return!

Our first time at Coaches won't be our last. Our server, Tiara, was excellent and the food was amazing. My husband and I watched the game and could see our kids playing the games at the same time. 10 out of 10, would recommend ?

Tammy was one of the best servers we have had here. I highly recommend the bacon chicken ranch pizza. And the onion tanglers

Tammy was amazing. She went above and beyond!! Gave us a lot of information on the event we were going to and very friendly!! Makes amazing margaritas. We ordered crab cakes and didn’t enjoy them to much but she took care of it.. she is the face of this place. Super enthusiastic and always has a warm smile

We both ordered salads and they were truly the best we’ve had in a long time. I order a southwest chicken salad all over Stark County and this one was full of great ingredients and the pita was an added plus. Tammy was very attentive and took great care of us!

Tammy was the sweetest server this side of the Mississippi. The food was very good and I loved the atmosphere. It was like the magic you would feel if you were 7 years old again walking into a chucky cheese. This is my favorite spot for burgers and shakes.I had a girlfriend that said five guys was better, i literally dumped the broad right then and there and enjoyed a porky burger and had a great time.

Great food and amazing service from Sharnell. We got into town late and this was the only place we could find open, she served us great burgers and drinks at the bar, happily and without rushing us. Really appreciate it!

Great service from our server/bartender Tammy! She made me a new favorite drink. Burger was good, too! Not too much bun. You must try for yourself

I experienced a horrible time with this place of business.I had ordered to-go over an hour before I arrived and was told it would be a couple more minutes. 30 minutes after being told “a couple more minutes” I was informed it would be even longer.Meanwhile they have 1 single customer in the entire place.I then waited a additional 30 minutes for my order. Mind you, it was a couple burgers…The wait would have not been as big of an issue if they had not lied multiple times of when it would be ready. From the time I placed the order, to the time I got the food. It took them a little over two hours. Perhaps they employed a snail to cook the food. The place also smelled weird and during the wait I lost my appetite from this odd smell.I will not be ordering to-go from this place again, nor would I ever consider dinning in.It’s no wonder you have no customers. Do Better.
