Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered delivery, specifically selected gravy with the chicken baskets and I ordered honey mustard at the end of the order.(for .77!) they switched out the gravy and put honey mustard, and on the other chicken basket there was no sauce at all. I'm pissed. they do this all of the time.

We had to remind them to bringe our order out, then they did, but they didn't even bring us the rest of the order , they forgot our fries!!! and never gave us receipt

My sister and I stopped here on a road trip and we thought it was going to be a quick 10 or 15-minute lunch break. Nope. Turns out it takes 25 minutes to get 2 blizzards and a 6-piece chicken basket and a #12 Spicy chicken combo meal. The chicken tender sandwich was cold and hot at the same time. The meat was cold but the tomatoes were warm. The fries were lukewarm and tasted ok. The basket had fresh tenders and cold fries. The blizzards came out before the food we had them for 10 minutes. We sat inside the restaurant and people in the drive-through had no wait times. The location was overall clean and looked nice but the food and service were lacking very badly.

My boyfriend ordered three six piece chicken strip baskets at the counter inside to bring home since the drive thru was very lined up.
I opened mine and there was three chicken strips and a small hand full of fries.
One of the other baskets only had four chicken strips in it.
On top of that the strips were very small.
Sadly this is the second time this has happened since this Dairy Queen moved to this new location.

Ice cream was good but that’s hard to mess up…. I could’ve got thru TSA quicker before I got thru the line next time Im just getting a Klondike bar

The short haired lady, mid morning/lunch time, shes got to be a manager. GIVE HER A RAISE. She keeps this store going.

I go to the Southgate location at least three times a month. I have never had a negative issue with the service, food or atmosphere. I sincerely hope this location is not permanently closed. It is convenient for the neighborhood.

From the look of things, it looks like it's permanently closed & not temporarily closed as mentioned. The drive thru menuboard is taken out & the DQ sign on the building is gone. Really liked that place

Terrible experience. The lady at the drive came to me & instead of Cake Batter blizzard she gave me confetti.
I've clearly said Cake Batter.. Not to dawg her, I accept the confetti blizzard.

Are food was cold it seemed like it was a little older then it should have been. The dining area there were tables that were dirty and sticky. The restrooms also were dirty and needed to be cleaned. I did not take no pictures but I wish I would have.

Average service at best. We don’t come to this location much anymore because 90% of the time we come here our order isn’t correct. One of the managers doesn’t acknowledge anything going on, stood at the counter for a few minutes when they weren’t busy just to pick up a mobile order. We love DQ but not this location

Ordered a blizzard. My son thinks it’s cool to see if they served it upside down. I got to the car and told him no. The girl at the counter told me they don’t do that there.

I’ve been to this location three different times now. Each time been something wrong. First I got my daughter the new strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Did not have no chunks of cheesecake in it. And the last two times I got a chocolate and vanilla twist, large cone dipped and chocolate. For it to not look like a large. Or it’s smashed down and hanging on the side of the cone. And they hand it to you with napkins that have chocolate all over it. And chocolate still running down the cone itself. And then you end up eating napkins because it’s caked on your cone. So sad I will not be coming to this location ever again. And they need to get their management under control. Because they are rude Very rude.
