My daughter had asked for extra sprinkles. There were sarcastically barely any sprinkles. The girl working the window obviously hates her job. Huge attitude. No thank you, have a nice day, etc. I know not everybody working there is like this. But it's a shame to have someone working there like that at all.

I ordered the bbq chicken basket . Which is supposed to have Texas toast but when I opened it, I literally had a piece of white bread with no flavor. It was flimsy. AND IT WAS 9 dollar's seriously disappointing. Like why am I paying that much for a bread you buy from the grocery store ?

My soon to be ex girlfriend got me hip to these seasonal Snikerdoodle Cookie Dough Blizzards andbm after the first one... hook line and sinker... GOT ME ... Now I'm wondering if you guys aren't somewhatb it cahoots with prior mentioned "Soon To Be Ex" and are together trying (and accomplishing) fatting me up one Snikerdoodle Cookie Dough Blizzard at a time ... This store has lasting quality control problems since it changed owners a while back. There's consistently issues with the gravy for chicken strip baskets as well as odd mixups with ice cream. I've stopped ordering food or non-plain ice cream from this store because it's a complete gamble what's actually going to be in the ice cream. At least three times, I've ordered ice cream like a vanilla milkshake or cookies n cream blizzard only to have chunks of some other (heath bar maybe?) in my ice cream. Either incompetent or they are not cleaning mixers in between customers. If I really want ice cream I now travel to other businesses which are still capable of delivering consistent quality.

I made a cake order for my son's birthday. Went to pick it up and they never made it. They said some wrote it down for the wrong day, but I ordered it online so...... When I pulled it up on my phone the lady said oh ya it say today. So needless to say I had to wait for over an hour for a cake to be made at last minute.

My daughter decided she wanted to sit down and eat. Let’s just say that they were beyond slammed. The workers were so incredibly kind and kept a genuine smile the whole time. We even got checked on four times while eating to make sure all was good. They had a line of cars and were busting them out fast along with the two large groups of softball/baseball children running around.Kid-friendliness: Had a four year old with me, they treated her amazingly. They also had two groups of children in baseball and treated them all great as well.

i walked in around 7:45, i work across the street and i usually have great service but today it was busy which is understandable, but the girl had trouble ringing up my order after i tried to tell her what i wanted, i asked for a mult and got a shake, my food was sitting on the counter and nobody announced what it was.. other people got their food way before i did and i was there earlier. i ended up leaving at 8:05. sorry but it shouldn’t take 20 minutes for a $7 meal deal and a mult.
