There was a hair in my burger and they gave me no sauce when i doordashed. I had to make another order just for sauce and got the wrong sauce.

I changed my 5 star review to this... Come on Dairy Queen do better. We probably won't eat here again. My wife is a vegetarian and we like to find places our family can all get something good to eat... this place only had a couple things but it was something. they now took off the grilled cheese meal.. so now there isn't anything... the only salads they have is a chicken strip salad... so they don't have anything now. she did get a chicken salad and had them put the chicken on the side. what a lame salad... a bowl full of iceberg lettice with a few tomatos and barely any cheese on it. $7... This is very sad that there aren't any vegetarian items anymore

It is clean and we had a great Dairy Queen experience, and it has handicap parking spaces, and plenty of parking. The workers were friendly and the ice cream delicious as usual. I will go back. The prices are higher than last year but still affordable. We didn't have to wait long for our ice cream.

09/10/2025 845 pm. Drive thru....female she was impatient because my 3 year old grand daughter was laughing I apologized and tried to continue to order after quieting my grandchild.. The female stopped taking my then The male worker came on to complete it when he verified. My order items were forgotten and so I tried to let the gentleman know that he had missed 2 items on my order. The female worker popped back onto the microphone. Cut me off very rudely overtalking me. After deep breathing I said it was okay and left the drive thru line because I am working on understanding the frustration of others. We have not been to DQ in a while because there is always a line around the block. I was going to go into the facility but decided that would not be a good idea as it may trigger the already agitated individual.

There is an African-American girl there with red hair at the window that you probably shouldn't have at the window. I am also African-American so this cannot be a racist post. It come on She is very rude and not customer service friendly At all. She has dirty looks and she doesn't say thank you or anything please hire better people.
