You people can’t get a simple order right but I’m sure you’re crying “15.00 an hour!” Better start paying attention to EVERY single detail of every order! Learn some responsibility for Christ’s sake.

First, I tried to call prior to posting this but no answer. I just went thru the drive through to get two cones. The twist thingy was broken so I got more vanilla, not a big deal, things happen. And in all fairness my grandsons small vanilla with cherry dip was very good and he devoured it, however, my cone had a perfect fingerprint of chocolate half on the cone half on the wrapper but that was the best part; as I was eating it I found TWO hairs inside of the ice cream!! I almost vomited while driving and ended up throwing it out the window before I got home!

By far the worse DQ in the region! Crazy expensive, slow service & an incredibly small menu!

The lady working the drive thru was incredibly rude and ignorant. We get up to the window where she tells us the driver should order not the passenger so I explain to her my wife has had a stroke and words don’t come easier for her so then she told me well I need to learn to speak up. Here’s an idea nicely ask when we’re ordering for us to speak up rather than take the order wait till we get to the window and then be a rude *****. Incredibly disrespectful especially from an older lady who you’d think would understand simple stuff like this. Makes me not wnna go back 5/12/2022 1:49 pm Theresa M is the name on the receipt

Visited today to pickup a cake for my daughter. There was a young man there (I think his name was Josh) but he had blonde hair and was so friendly and helpful. Walked us through the cakes and showed my daughter all the different designs that you had available. So patient and kind. Thank you!

Just ordered two birthday cakes for my son's birthday. One for today and one for a week from now for his party. The guy who took my phone order was super helpful and kind. The cake was delicious as always. Thank You so much for the awesome customer service and yummy cake. Great Job

Ever since the new owners took over, it has been great to go to this location! The staff has been super pleasant and friendly, the food is out much faster, and it’s overall a really nice experience. You guys are doing great, and your hard work is definitely noticed and appreciated :)

Today is the first time I’ve bought anything from this DQ... When I went up they’re vanilla ice cream was broke and they only had chocolate which I understand because things do happen however I got an orange Julius and they added wayyy to much powder. I would know considering I work at a DQ myself. Anyways when I went back up the man was very nice and let me trade it in for a Freeze. I got and sat back down and noticed it didn’t look blended all the way I tasted it and I immediately gaged. Im not too sure if the flavor was expired or too much syrup was added however it tasted nasty. 2 of my other friends tried it and the experience was the same. I will not be returning to this DQ Treat only.
