Dave & Buster's Canton

Great place to induldge!

They're attempting to go cashless for the arcade side, and apparently run a skeleton crew of a whopping 3 employees on the floor with only ONE to run the whole arcade and prize exchange counter! It's pitiful when prior to the slight redesign the place has received it was NEVER so understaffed, as my family and I frequent this specific location quite often (it's the closest location to us). We only went for the arcade this time, so we didn't order food and I can't comment on the service of that part, but 2 other people went to ask for help in the prize area before I did for my family. Also, this location no longer has automatic doors for disabled individuals, which isn't great for us as my father is now disabled and it took my mother and I both to get him through the doors going in and coming out both. Overall, they just need more help and automated doors.

I've always been a big fan of D&B and have been to many of them. This one is new and has good machines but it's much smaller than I expected. They don't have a great prize section and I haven't tried their resturant yet but the bar is large and looks very nice.

As a reward for four semesters of incredible report cards, we took our son and one of his friends to Dave & Buster's in Canton last night. They had a great time! Our server, Maddy was very helpful, kind, and attentive. She did a fantastic job. When we had questions about the summer pass the rest of the staff was really helpful as well. It can get pricey pretty quickly, but we managed the chips aspect of it the pretty well. We will definitely go back!

Prices are extremely high on food and game cards. Token gifts are shady. Love seeing the kids have a good time, so we would go back, but again, it’s extremely expensive and the gifts to choose are really under priced for such a high dollar token amount. Should be a higher reward on that end. Had issues with the machines - so be careful and make sure they are working.

Good times, good vibes. The human claw machine was fun. However, more of a selection for prizes would be nice, especially for the price and the limit of 1 prize per game. Other than that I'd definitely recommend

Customer Service is non existent. We normally go to Westlake, but they were closed for a private event. We were told Canton was open and we could go there. When we arrived, we were turned away. When I tried to speak with a manager, they said that is not an option. Worst customer service ever! We will not be back. No wonder they have so many negative reviews.

I went in with my husband, my son and his girlfriend and they wouldn't allow me to sit anywhere (having temporary health issue) unless I bought food, the host was very condescending and after just finding somewhere to sit in the floor my husband got me and we left. With all the money they were spending in that place I couldn't even get a seat at a empty table in the back or a chair. I won't go back at any point after being treated like that. There were probably 100 empty seats or more. 2 entire sections were empty.

James was amazing. He was so sweet. We had reserved a dart bay online and something with the system messed up. He made sure we were happy and content. He continuously checked in with us all night. James— you are amazing!!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This specific dnb is better enjoyed by kids. Its barely an arcade with how bad most of the games are. On top of that some of them didn't even work and seemed to be broken for a while. If you're looking for an arcade experience I wouldn't come here

Kids absolutely loved it and want to go back asap! Love that you can use your phone to purchase a game card then just hold your phone up to the game and it will also add any tickets you get from playing onto the card on your phone, so no need to worry about losing your kids game cards!!

Went for a kids birthday party. D&B has a great product, kids were overwhelmed with excitement, then a lil treat at the end with the tickets. The next day my daughter even said "I can't wait to go back to D&B's again!"
