Customer Service is non existent. We normally go to Westlake, but they were closed for a private event. We were told Canton was open and we could go there. When we arrived, we were turned away. When I tried to speak with a manager, they said that is not an option. Worst customer service ever! We will not be back. No wonder they have so many negative reviews.
I went in with my husband, my son and his girlfriend and they wouldn't allow me to sit anywhere (having temporary health issue) unless I bought food, the host was very condescending and after just finding somewhere to sit in the floor my husband got me and we left. With all the money they were spending in that place I couldn't even get a seat at a empty table in the back or a chair. I won't go back at any point after being treated like that. There were probably 100 empty seats or more. 2 entire sections were empty.

James was amazing. He was so sweet. We had reserved a dart bay online and something with the system messed up. He made sure we were happy and content. He continuously checked in with us all night. James— you are amazing!!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This specific dnb is better enjoyed by kids. Its barely an arcade with how bad most of the games are. On top of that some of them didn't even work and seemed to be broken for a while. If you're looking for an arcade experience I wouldn't come here

Kids absolutely loved it and want to go back asap! Love that you can use your phone to purchase a game card then just hold your phone up to the game and it will also add any tickets you get from playing onto the card on your phone, so no need to worry about losing your kids game cards!!

Went for a kids birthday party. D&B has a great product, kids were overwhelmed with excitement, then a lil treat at the end with the tickets. The next day my daughter even said "I can't wait to go back to D&B's again!"

I just spent $60.00 on 2 pepperoni flatbread pizzas and 2 sides of plain wings only for Dave and Busters to send me there damn leftovers I’m beyond pissed smh on top of that the wings were wet and disgusting and everything was cold shame on you people and this is just how it came I put my order in at 10:48 pm there is no way my food should have been delivered like this.

A great fun place to eat and play games with your family!!! The staff is friendly,the food is great and the games are fun!!! It is a little pricey for what it is but what isn't!!! We love half price games Wednesday!!!!

I love how I can get my groove on with Dance Dance Revolution at Dave & Buster's, Canton, OH! They have a great selection of sweet and savory foods as well as pleasant staff, I really like to visit on slow business days to have some me time.

I've actually edited my review after thinking on it. I feel like the games and atmosphere were good and fairly priced. The food was good but took almost an hour to get when there was only my and my gfs brother. When it came to the servers amd bartenders they were amazing and they felt bad it took so long to get the food. My baddest issue I would say I had was the person working the ticket counter was obviously more interested in her phone than engaging with customers. I'm unsure what she was watching but when asking questions or how many tickets our card had she almost seemed annoyed I would even ask. My opinion she could use some customer engagement training.
