Food was just ok, not really worth the price! Some of the food we never received and had to ask where it was. Waitress seemed overwhelmed, we had a fairly large table but she didn't have many other tables to wait on. Games are always the fun part!

Went with me and my son to get dinner and play some games on a tuseday it was pretty empty orderd our food and and got the Hawaiian chicken sandwich with truffle fries and he got Nuggets with fries my sandwich was good but the truffle fries were lacking. They were almost wet from the amout of oil on them and were cold. Like that were sitting out for awhile. Then we went on to play some games my son was excited to play the new godzilla vr game we played it the last time we were in and this time one of the head sets were working so on we went to the shooter game by the bathroom with the blue and pink pistols and the gun on the left side of the game to get it to aim I had to point it out of the game to get the crosshairs on the screen. Makeing it difficult to play. the other games we played seemed to work well. Maybe if the games that arnt working well and need some matianance should be turned off till they are fixed so people arnt wasting their play points.

Service was very slow only 4 people in the dining area had to ask for silverware no one came around for drink refills until I was ready to go and a little pricey

Wheelchair accessibility: They have an elevator near the front lobby that will take you upstairs rather than going up the flights of steps.

It was overall amazing, but on the Halo game, you should let people know it doesn't give you points.

It was my first time there me and my husband ordered the fried pickles, the mozzarella sticks, and the boneless wings and french fries it was absolutely amazing. We will be back for a date night soon. 

Didn't eat this time but service was awesome...had a problem with a machine, immediate credits given and work on the game ensued.
5 star service, for sure....

I took the family out to celebrate the twins. When we arrived the place was empty. We waited to be seated. We waited to order, and then we waited, and waited, and waited for food, drink... any questions or request we had, we waited. Service was so slow that we didn't have time to play any games before they closed. They were not busy. A lot of idle workers in the establishment. Our server was just excruciatingly slow. On an upside the food was good. On a side note: I went just to play skeeball. Half the place is closed and they no longer have skeeball, so that was a big L.

GENERAL MANAGER NEVER CALLED BACK. WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY WHOLE LIFE.

Came here for the relaunch promotion and waited over in hour in line to end up 4th to last because over 20 people cut in line last second. Glad to see cheaters got the $1000 instead of people who actually come regularly and waited rightly. We even line counted with multiple people to ensure we had a winning spot. No staff or moderation was outside besides to hand out cards. Won’t be back here ever again, unbelievable….

Edit: and no one from the company ever called me back! Very professional Dave!
