My wife got the no spicy sandwich and I got the reaper spice sandwich. Spice wise, definitely spicy but the flavor is so bland you end up with nothing but spicy. My wife after eating her no spice sandwich also thought it was pretty bland. Dave's sauce is like Cain sauce but much sweeter. The chicken is juicy on the other hand. Portion is good for the price I think.

We came in on Friday 12/5 and ordered about $30 worth of food and drinks. We also asked for a water cup and they said they don’t offer that here, which is fine but confused me since it looked like many other guests had clear plastic cups of water. While waiting for our food we watched someone else come up to the counter & ask for a water cup, which they were given with no issue. Okay, I thought maybe they misheard me the first time, so my husband went up and asked them again for a water cup. We were told no AGAIN?!!! What an odd thing to lie about. I really don’t care that much about the water cup, I just don’t understand why they’re available for some and not others. Is there a code word I was supposed to use? A secret lottery system?Just truly confusing and off-putting. Would not recommend this place unless you’d like to question your own sanity as you eat your chicken sandwich.

Food was great and Pearl took great care of us! Highly recommended
First time I went to this location it was great… when I went a few months ago it was a completely different experience. The chicken wasn’t the same, it did not look or taste normal, almost half of the strip was some kind of mushy breading type material, and the actual parts of “chicken” were falling apart in a way that chicken shouldn’t do. Very disappointed, not sure what changed but I’m almost positive this was fake chicken that I was served. Same case for the people I was eating it with, and it looked like around the restaurant some people were reacting the same way I did. Couldn’t even finish my meal. You can’t be a chicken spot and cut corners on quality of the chicken! Service was fine, no complaints. The location in Vegas was really good, I won’t be coming back to the canton location.

I’ve been to Dave’s a handful of times, the food is always amazing if I could review 10 stars for the food I would, the service on the other hand is lacking severely in the Canton Ohio location. as someone who works in customer service I always greet people with a smile and start my order with “hi how are you today I’ll have a…” and the response I get back is nothing more than a smug look. Not saying it’s “owed” to me but I don’t want any rain on my parade. Common decency with the front staff is something I have yet to see, no smiles, no have a great day, no thank you for coming in, they just want to take your order and get you out of there as soon as they can. What is this new generation of customer service? They all act like they don’t want to be there and asking for slight changes in your order is a huge inconvenience to them. I genuinely think it ruins the Daves experience and I see why there’s never anyone who dines indoors. It’s not the kind of energy you would want to be around. Amazing food though.

We always order a 10 piece box, Even on bad days which seem to happen alot recently at this location the food is good.
Consistancy is extremely important, Recently we cant tell the hot from the medium and the chicken isnt being cooked as long or as well. Soft soggy not crispy.
We go to daves alot here in canton and Down in columbus. Columbus is always perfect, and canton was too until the last couple of months.
Please bring the care and quality back up to spec Canton location!!!!
