My friend who has cancer was visiting from out of town and I was hoping for a nice lunch with subs because she was unable to eat them for a long time because something about them made her not feel well during chemo. I ordered ahead of time and asked for extra banana peppers and pickles. She was very excited about this meal. We got the subs and there was one banana pepper per side. And 2 or 3 pickle slices per side. Not to mention the ONE olive slice per side. She was so disappointed. I was so sad. This is the 3rd time I have gotten subs from here and every single time they disregard the extra banana peppers and pickles. I just dont understand how greedy you can be. It was a ham and salami sub and there was one piece of salami per side and all the rest was ham. I didnt want a ham sub. I wanted a ham and salami sub. You couldnt even taste the salami. For $32 I could have bought all the stuff from the grocery store and had subs all week. Ridiculous. What a disappointment.

Slow like molasses in January one of 2 customers and waited 35 minutes for one sub really needs to be remanned and they want you to pay and tip in advance for the really underwhelming service, lives in Rochester for 27 years great service, this store really is a black eye on the family name!!!

Scam promotion. Says free 5 inch sub. I don't see any requirements to redeem. I get to the store and they say you have to sign up for rewards and it takes a couple hours to redeem.
Great way to leave a bad impression on a consumer who has never been to your business.
One of my favorite lunch spots. The cheesesteak is great.

We had a last minute meeting scheduled this afternoon that need catered for 20 people. I placed the order at 8 a.m. and it was delivered ahead of schedule, correct, and was delicious. Not many places would’ve accepted such a large order and been able to execute on short notice. Exceptional customer service!

I ordered five fourteen inch submarine sandwiches for a gathering from DiBella's. I met with a staff member the day before and picked out what I needed. I chose five different varieties. The lady listened carefully to my needs and offered to have the subs cut and on a tray for when I arrived the day after. The staff was very friendly, polite and fun to work with. The submarine sandwiches were the hit of our party. They flavor and products used to make the subs were of great quality. We will order again when we have our next event. Thanks to each of staff who helped make this a great treat.
