This place puts other sub shops to shame. Fresh ingredients, not like Subway. They have great sandwiches. Will return over and over again.

We come to the canton location when we come to visit my sister, a 7 hour drive and our first stop once we got to canton is here. The past two times we have been have been bad experiences and just not worth the price.
First time in October we ordered two of the chicken cordon blu sandwiches and the cook didn’t put the ham on either sandwich and it was just skimpy with all the toppings.
Today we came and ordered two beef sandwiches and three kids meals. One of the two beef sandwiches had half the amount of meat than the other.
We’ve been here SO many times and the past couple times the quality has just gone down and not worth it. Don’t think we’ll be back.

Best Italian sandwitch around! If you are looking to get a great made Italian sub look no further this is the spot! I highly recommend The Godfather and the hot cherry peppers you won’t regret it!

I ordered online. Arrived when they told me my food would be ready.still standing here after another 10 minutes and not ready. Wasted my lunch break to not eat. If I didn't prepay. I would just leave

30 minutes to pick up an online order that was wrong and no apology or any attempts to make it right is ridiculous

Never tried here before. Ordered a Philly and turkey subs for pickup. Everything bread was amazing! Delicious & did not get soggy like other subs we’ve had from elsewhere. Lots of meat & toppings. Pasta salad was tasty. Service was quick. We will definitely be back as this is our new favorite sub shop!!!

DiBella's is my favorite sub shop in the area. I never had a bad sandwich experience there. Service was slower than usual on this visit. I think they were more concerned about prepping for a large catering order than serving the customers in the building. Hopefully this will be a one time issue.

Not a good experience. For my first time , I was confused. The sir helping us didn't give much insight or seem to care . We didn't know we were suppose to pick out toppings until we seen the sign . Ordered two blts with traditional toppings mayo lettuce tomato. Open blt on both it's just bacon and cheese . We go back to the counter they give us the toppings. Whatever ,right accidents happen . Or so I thought the two meatball subs we order very simple cheese with banana peppers. My mouth was on the floor 😑 my slice of cheese and three banana peppers. Now being pregnant im upset 😭 when you think of a meatball sub you think at least cheese covering the meatballs. No my cheese was stuck on top of the bread not even melted ,meatballs butt naked . Sad day .
