The delivery was ordered through the app, says it was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes, but it took over 1:30 minutes for the app to say "delivered" after this, the order wasnt actually delivered and took almost another 15 minutes to actually arrive.
I ordered the pizza yesterday. It was burnt. Today's date December 14th. I would no longer spend another dime with Domino's Pizza. Marco's and Pizza Hut here I come

Terrible customer service ! Dude who answered the phone today around 11 am is a self made bih with zero communication skills. Just a simple mf honestly ! Pizza was okay and delivery driver was nice this time ! Last time the driver forgot my soda and sauces so he drove back then forgot my sauces again, another genius im sure ! Also one time these characters forgot to cut my pizza completely and blamed hiring minors as the issue ! I suggest competency testing before hiring more characters or at the least get better customer service for online orders and mess ups on the mobile apps ! My card was charged five times for one order ! Took way to long to get a refund and way to long to figure out how to even get in contact with online customer service ! Hope the dude answering the phone falls on his head knocking manners or patience into his being !
