Had my high school's 40th Reunion here this weekend and Teagan Bari, the Event Planner did the most AMAZING job assisting me plan this event. Everything was PERFECT, my classmates were so pleased with everything and found the food INCREDIBLE! She is very responsive and attentive to your needs and quick to respond. This entire staff was so nice to deal with and was so nice to my classmates, I truly cannot say enough nice things about my experience working with Teagan and this staff. My classmates were also super impressed, I highly recommend her any day, any time to any of your event planning. McKinley High School, Class of 1984

Had a $100 gift card, used only about $40. I later learned that Shula's gift cards expire within 12-months. Yes, it's my fault, the card expired, and I reached out to Shula's headquarters to see if they would assist. The woman I dealt with there was very nice and easy to work with, but they would not budge! If you're looking at giving a gift card for a steak house, I see that Morton's, Ruth Chris, Hyde Park, Fleming's, Texas de Brazil, Capital Grille, Smith & Wollensky, Outback or even some other steak houses DO NOT have expiration dates. Bottom line, Shula's made out with $60.

decided to cruise to Canton this day and try the restaurant, little didnwe known it was the Enshrinement ceremony being held. What a treat to dine amongst the fans and football stars at a great restuarant..food was prepared quickly and superb...great ambiance, decor, staff was wonderful...no reason not to have a great meal there again.

Ordered chicken salad no chicken on salad.
Side of Cole slaw was in shot glass.
Service wasn't good. Heard they are moving out already probably for the best.

The village and entertainment group want all the money. By removing the Don Shula name that brought it to life, they'll get more money. Its unfortunate. The hall of fame should be about more than money but the village and entertainment group are focused on profits. Bait and switch.

Of course it's closing. Any one of the HOF "village" spots that price themselves at HOF week rip-off rates year-round can't stay in business. If the quality isn't good, and the pricing is outrageous for the area, people that live here will not patronize.

I stopped by to grab a bite to eat after visiting the hall of fame. The service was excellent, and the food was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I recommend the calamari along with the meatloaf, which comes with mashed potatoes, carrots, and green beans.

My company has visited Shula's American Kitchen several times for large and small events. Everything has always been incredible, the food, the service and experience. The ease of setting everything up from the buffet, bar and room arrangement is always seamless. We're looking forward to returning this winter. Thanks Shula's!

Room temperature rubbery chicken wings.
Tiny over priced salad.
Overcooked salmon covered in salt.
Kind of annoying bartender trying to upsell.
Tourist trap.
Definitely will not go back.

We came to visit the Football HOF. Decided to have lunch here before heading home. The service and atmosphere were both excellent. Myself and someone else ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. If you are interested in a tyson chicken tender on a 2 week old piece of french bread that is about 80% bread 10% tomato and 10% frozen chicken tender, then this is for you. Not to mention this sandwich is almost $20. We had to go somewhere else for another meal after due to it being so bad. There is no way Don Shula would ever eat this sandwich. If for some reason he does like it, there needs to be a petition made to get him out of the HOF immediately.
