The cheeseburger and chicken sandwich were nice riffs on McDonalds and Chick-fil-A with higher quality ingredients. If a bread wrapper clip was found in a sandwich from one of those companies however I believe the manager would have been concerned enough to at least apologize. While our server was aghast and I'm sure mentioned it to at least the kitchen the manager, who we saw frequently across the room, never approached. Maybe repeat business isn't a concern when your focus is the tourist trade; this local won't be back.
It was fantastic

We had a ladies group luncheon in the upstairs room. Tegan, the special events manager, was very good to work with. She was accessible when we had questions; she was flexible with our plans and verified adjustments as needed; she had helpful suggestions; and she efficiently organized the wait staff. The food portions were generous, well-prepared and well-served. I would recommend Shulas’s for a group event with only one caveat: be aware of the add-on costs to a meal as listed on the menu. While a 20% gratuity is reasonable and expected, various other taxes and charges added another 11.5%. We had a successful and very enjoyable luncheon, and I think several people attended just to see the venue. I would expect many to return for restaurant dining.

It was delicious!!! First time!!! Just tried the chicken sandwich!!!! Definitely will be back!!!
Went here only because we were hungry after checking out the HOF and it was right around the corner.
Miserable experience, the hostess was extremely rude, the waitress just as rude.
Being there, it felt like I was sitting somewhere I was not wanted. A horrible feeling to have as a diner, would not recommend this place to anyone.

Vegetarian options: My wife is a vegetarian and the Executive Chef made an amazing pasta dish, she was blown away.

Got there service was great, but the food was Luke warm at best. I ordered the calamari and truffle fries both were cold. Sent back to recook but calamari was rubbery and truffle fries tasted like they had been reheated and recovered with the chives and cheese still didnt taste fresh. The prices are through the roof for the portions u get. Would never go again, not wanting to waste money!!

I had salmon with cooked carrots ? ? and it was delicious.
My friend had a steak with potato ? friets, and they were the first time he ever had them.
The male server only had five other customers, so he was bored. He checked on us too many times!
But was cordial and knowledgeable.

Our host was Teagan Beri, she is the Special Events Manager. She is a five star Manager. We hosted a Surprise Birthday party at this location and it was awesome! When I initially contacted the Restaurant Teagan got back to me with in 24 hrs. She set up a tour of the restaurant then provided me with a brochure that featured there special events menu options, plus room set up. She was very through and showed me everything. The food was very good and perfect portions for a large event, we had 40 people. The servers were really professional and personable they did a Great Job! We had an awesome event and would recommend this location with 5 stars.

Went there last night with my family. Food was excellent so was the service. Would recommend to anyone. My only complaint would be the coleslaw. It was good but it was served in a tiny cup. Which was about 2 bites. For the price, maybe you could change that?

I looked forward to celebrating my 50th birthday in the evening on May 3rd. What I received was not close to what I expected! I ordered the exact same thing as I did when I celebrated my 49th birthday there, which was AMAZING AND THE EXPERIENCE WAS BY FAR THE BEST, but on this special occasion I was not impressed. The Mac n cheese was flavorless, which I sent back and just ordered more whipped potatoes, filet mignon was not plated properly as though everything was piled on top of each other, and not sure why or what dark sauce was all over my filet and green beans. My boyfriend’s shrimp and lobster club sandwich was too salty for him to even finish. I’m assuming it’s a different chef.
