Don Tequila Bar & Grill

We went to Don Tequila to celebrate our friends birthday. The service was terrible. My quesadilla deluxe came out with steak when I ordered chicken. I asked him to return it and he told me I could not after that we could not get our drinks refilled or our to go boxes or our bill it took forever. I believe his name was Pedro and I am not sure what we did to him to make him behave this way . The food was soo good! I am used a waiter coming to check how our food tastes and also come back for drinks and take away our used dishes. Our guy got lost. Sad really because they could be sooo much busier if they were on top of serving!

Food was absolutely delicious, and our bartender/waiter was super friendly and made the best fresh guacamole I've had in a while! He whipped it up fresh right in front of you, too! We will definitely return! Perfect from the best Sangria, fresh chips with our delicious salsa, to the abundant and savory entrees!

This is the best Mexican food restaurant in Canton Ohio by far! Fantastic food and service! I will go back! Very authentic food!

Delicious food, delicious margaritas and a fun place to visit. There are delivery robots that bring your food to your table! My only complaint, if you would call it that, is that the music was so loud it was hard to hear the person across from me talking. The salsa was super good so that made up for it!

Best selection I've ever seen. My marinated pork tacos were incredible! And the fried Mexican icecream is the best I've ever had! Our waiter was awesome too. Thank you. Will come again.

We originally went here because this was the only place that we could find that served drinks out of a pineapple.**Wife's bucket list**. But then we ate the food there and it was amazing. We have been there 8 times in the last 3 months. My go to is the fajita burrito with chicken and steak. The robot that brings your food out is great too. Lots of drink options. Definitely worth it.

Picked my order up at 10:25 tonight, right at close. Food was ready and fresh, huge portion, and always a great meal!

Food is great. Customer service is horrible. Piss poor to be honest. I asked for help and several staff told me it wasn’t there problem, then a staff member told me to shut up and sit down. Real bad for business. If you care about where you spend your hard earned money, don’t go there. There are many more Mexican restaurants in Canton who will make you feel appreciated for spending your hard earned money with them. These folks lack class and decorum. It was the worse experience ever in my own damn country!

BEWARE, Walk in customers like myself or to the Door dash ,Grub hub delivery people, you will stand there and wait till the food gets cold waiting for a Don Tequila to employee to take your money for your order. I don't expect Don Tequila to be like a fast food like McDonald's, However when I walked in and asked three different employees could I pay for my order, they said give me a moment, OK sure but I stood there for 15 minutes, arriving home the food was Luke warm.... Very Poor Service. UPDATE I was so upset I called back and spoke with the Manager he apologized and offered to make my order fresh. At no cost.

Great restaurant. We had so much fun. Service is friendly and wonderful. Prices were reasonable. The menu was HUGE. Special requests were taken. There is literally something for everyone. Nice tequila selection too

Not a fan at all! Food was cold, I ordered chicken tacos and got beef tacos. Took forever for them to come take our order. Had a margarita and that's what I paid for and we left. The robots was the coolest thing about this place.
