I have held my bad review as this is the most convenient location on my way to work but the coffee is always off to other locations and I have not choice but to drown it in cream and sugar to be drinkable, the mini bagels and other warm foods are never warmed, I wanted to try something new and tried the loaded hash browns it has a dap if cheese and two baby peices of bacon. This is also not the first but one of many they have fully run out of straws, forks and spoons, cheers to one sad breakfast

Every time I come to this Dunkin I am disappointed. The coffee is always so gross! The food is fine but every drink I have gotten from this location it is watered down or it doesn’t taste like it’s supposed to. I keep going to give them another chance but I am disappointed yet again. Do better.

Absolutely amazing service! The woman taking my order made sure to double check for allergies and the service was super quick:) Also stopped on national donut day and got a free donut!! Thank you to the staff!

I don’t usually do this and I’m not sure if I’m overthinking this because I had a terrible day yesterday but it was Mother’s Day and I wanted to treat myself and the other mothers in my life so I went to Dunkin and I’m telling the lady my order I tell her all the other drinks then mine last and she tells me they can’t blend my iced drink… it was a decaf and I’ve gotten frozen drinks made with decaf before. And then I asked for another frozen drink and I had already paid at this point and she then tells me they can’t do that either so I told her to just forget about it because I was just so frustrated at that point. This is the first bad experience I’ve had there but it makes me never want to go back again. I paid for my drink and didn’t even get my money back nor a drink.

Unfortunately my schedule changed at work, and I've tried to come through for my coffee at the new time but I guess I just can't. Even if there's only 3 or 4 cars in line, they are SO slow that I risk being late for work, even if I leave my house 15 minutes earlier than usual. I shouldnt have to leave my house a half hour earlier just to get a coffee. So this location is losing week day business now cause they're so slow. (This is early morning between 6 and 6:30)

When going through drive thru always have to repeat yourself. Orders always getting confused. And donuts stuck together with no paper between them. They put heavy object on top of donuts. And almost all the rime have to ask for napkins.

quite literally the worst Dunkin i’ve ever been to. i know its newer so i gave it some time for them to get settled and went back and still terrible. you will wait there FOREVERRRRR even if theres no line and plenty of employees. and i’ve been given burnt food twice. don’t waste your time!!!

Very slow... People were not very friendly or nice. They did not have my drink even started even though I had ordered on line. Made me pull up and wait while others ordered and got theirs before mine was done.

I have went there 4 times now and waited for them just to take my order at least 20 minutes as I watch car after car be taken care of they look at me walk up like they are going to take my order but all employees are taking care of drive thru there was 5 girls there today that never took my order i walked out without getting what i wanted and I can't go through the drive thru because my order is messed up every time I try going that route.
