I don’t know his name, but the super sweet guy at the drive thru window is literally the best!!! He makes my visit amazing every time I come through. He’s so friendly and obviously loves what he is doing. He cannot ever leave , I’m sure so many others would miss him as would I. I hope his boss appreciates him, because they’ve got a good one! ( He has a ponytail and says Have a good day love). This guy needs employee of the infinity! He’s awesome!

I will no longer be a customer at this dunkin. Tired of burnt tasting coffee. Such a disappointment when I hit the highway on my commute and I can't enjoy my coffee. Idk why I kept going back. No time to taste and complain so they can fix it. Shouldn't have to.

Not good service at all. The crew 3 of them seemed very confused about a pretty basic order. I was the only one in the store and I believe there was 1 vehicle in the drive thru. They told me 6 donuts and a iced tea was $18. Wrong they fiddled with the register for 10 minutes and asked for my money back. I went to the other Dunkin Donuts on Whipple the same order came to $12. You have to train staff better. I will stick with Whipple ave store.

And it’s later than 5PM I’m served straight attitude , stank face and ignorance .
