3rd time I got a sandwich that was like eating a brick

this review is based solely off of today. I come here all the time and never have a problem, until today. I did a mobile order. I ordered a cold brew, hot coffee, 6 donuts, plus an extra smores donut. when I got to the speaker, the girl greeted me but in a way like she was just trying to get me out of there. they weren't busy. there was only 1 car in front of me who got 1 drink. we waited for 5 minutes before the car in front of me even paid. when I finally got to the window, my cold brew didn't have cold foam, and she didn't give me my extra donut and seemed really irritated that I asked. when I got home, my donuts are all wrong. I ordered 3 glazed, 1 chocolate sprinkles, and 2 strawberry sprinkles. I got 2 glazed that are basically plain because there is NO glaze on them, I got a chocolate frosted that I didn't ask for, and 2 strawberry with no sprinkles and barely any frosting. I didn't order food and I'm glad because the whole place smelled burnt. there were only 2 people working, normally I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, but considering there were only 2 customers, and mine was an online order that I placed 20 minutes before I got there, it should have been correct and they could've been nicer about it

Trying place an order is frustrating. I feel like I’m being rushed after hearing “anything else” , “anything else” before I can even finish my first word ! And when you ask them questions about something on the menu they don’t know !

I would have given this particular location a 5 right up until this young lady who was working behind the counter started to make noises, being extra loud, and showing off. Who was she showing off for you ask? I cannot tell you bc it was empty and quiet until we walked in and ordered our food. Another lady came in to order food and we both looked at one another in shock but then laughed bc we were both feeling the same...annoyed.I'm all for fun and making your work day go by fast but why act like you are the only one in the restaurant bc you sure were the only one making the noises.

There is always either something missing or wrong with the order and I mean always, the employees can't get themselves to care enough, I order something that's not a number in the menu.

I ordered an iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich they gave me the breakfast sandwich while I was standing there and I asked what they bring the sandwich to my table when it was done the cashier advised me yes . About 7 Minutes goes by and I realize I still don't have my sandwich and I go to the counter to ask the cashier about my sandwich . She advised me that my sandwich had been sitting on the counter in a bag waiting on me to come back and get it . She advised that we usually call your order number , I advised her that they did not call and order number and I wasn't aware of that. She was like oh well and handed me the bag . I ordered a chorizo egg breakfast wrap and it was disgusting looking when I broke it open and The Taste was off so I did get a hold of the manager to exchange it for regular Bagel egg and bacon sandwich and she did that with no problem and no extra cost to me. Dunkin' Donuts is really not my place of choice and I only went through this time cuz I was meeting with a friend now I know I don't care for the food nor the service so it'll be no need for me to meet there again for any reason. Oh by the way my iced coffee was delicious
