I don’t recommend this particular Dunkin’ on W.Tusc in Canton. I walk in on a Sunday morning and 6 workers are just standing around. After about 3 minutes one older lady worker standing by the drive thru finally asked, “you need something?” I replied, “yes.” Finally a younger girl took my order. In the meantime, the older lady kept talking about how “anyone up and out at this time 7:50 a.m. has to be a zombie.” One of the other girls replied to the older lady, “okay we hear you, let it go.” The older lady continued to talk about an Exorcism. I finally got my donuts and left. Poor customer service. I have never had service like this before. If this older lady doesn’t like her job - quit or retire. There are about 10 other people looking for jobs. And for your information, I was out all night at the hospital with a loved one, since I was being referred to as a zombie. What has this world gone to!

I've been coming to this dunkin because it's close to the theater I'm performing in. I like it a lot! I especially like the ample, comfortable seating.

This is the second time I went to this Dunkin donuts and the first time they gave me stale donuts that I could not even bite into, but also, this next time I received a stale donuts and two croissant sandwiches which were not cooked fully and one came disassembled with zero ingredients in the center! I do not recommend going to this dunkin donuts ever!!!! It was not worth the price!!! Go to Burger King instead.

I guess we'll do it this way, I've been waiting on a refund for almost a month now. It was a $17 order. I was told by customer service and a manager at this location that I would be refunded and haven't. Back and forth with emails, and a few phone calls to this location. The order was never picked up. So here I am to look like a Karen and complain on Google

Everytime we go to this store which is usually after dinner the doughnuts are terrible,never fresh,never a good variety the workers act like your bothering them by bring them your buisness

My daughter picks up coffee for us here every single day for the past two years. Sometimes we add various muffins, donuts or other food. Service is usually good. They recognize her and get the order quickly. However, it's always a gamble whether the food will be cooked properly and last week, the muffin was completely raw. This isn't the first time. Sometimes it's raw, sometimes dried out, no sugar on the top, no cream cheese in the bagel, everything is cold. I prefer the Massillon DD but it's out of the way.

On September 30th 2025 at 3:06 pm I I went to the drive through to pick up my order. I went to give my name and order number and the girl said loudly and rudely. I only need your name. No manners No Respect she had a smug smug on her face when I pulled up into the pickup one. Now she didn't even care.

The quality of service has gone extremely down hill. I stopped going about a year ago and decided to try again. I’m missing the munchkins for my puppy and the man taking the order wasn’t friendly nor did he even respond to really anything I said. It’s really disappointing it I guess I’ll keep my business at the other local coffee shops

Everytime I go to this Dunkin regardless of what time of day it is , they take forever to get anything done. I sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for them to get the order done infront of me and then I sit while my order is getting done. This is very frustrating sitting in a line when it should take less than 5 minutes when all I’m getting is two coffees.
