Best Duncan in town by far! FOOD is not cold when you bite into it consistency of the ice coffee's are are done well the manager that works the morning windows is always prepared and the staff is courteous thank you for helping my mornings start off !

I ❤️ this location. The crew here is super fast and nice. What I dont understand is the offers or lack of that Dunkins offers in its app. I mean a free $2 breakfast sandwich w/drink purchase is something you might have seen offered in 1985, but today?? Come on. I'm a grown man. I usually spend a minimum of $10 at Sheetz for breakfast and coffee but they give awesome points and deal ALL the time.
But I guess this is why I only order a small green tea when I'm at Dunkins and nothing else because, I like to leave a tip as well. Come on DUNKIN help these people who do such a great job for you with some incentives to the customers so that we have room to leave more of a tip when we can. Ok??

OMG don't get me started because I can go on all night! There coffee is addictive! There donuts are out of this world! The breakfast items are great! Just go try it for yourself. You will be posting the same.
I can normally let the occasional mistake go, but this has happened every time I've ordered cake donuts.
Check your orders from this place when going through the drive thru before you leave your place in line because they do not either seem to understand that when you say you want "all cake donuts" that it actually means "all cake donuts".
It's happened repeatedly so many times I'm to the point of being beyond doubt they're doing it on purpose to pawn off unwanted raised donuts on people who likely won't come back to say they got the order wrong by the time they reach their destination.
I'm sick of it! I'm sick of paying top dollar for not even the bare minimum expectations.
If this is a matter of negligence in training because your employees don't know the difference between cake and raised, train them properly! I don't give a damn if a mistake happens every now and then, but to pull up and have my order wrong every time I've asked for cake donuts for the past several visits tells me this is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed!
