Literally the slowest Dunkin in the entire country. It’s exceptionally bad. Whatever time you budget to get your order, add at least 10 mins to it.

Come on y'all, every time I walk in here nobody says a word. I always do a mobile pickup. And I always get three orders of stuff bagels, the last two times they have been cold in the middle!!! And today they were cold on the outside and I didn't realize it until I got a mile down the road.
I'm not expecting perfection, but there was at least seven employees in there today, and not very busy. Come on !!!

I go to the store on Tusc. In Canton/Perry #348628, they are always busy but keep up with the traffic. (Drive thru). Everyone is always polite and quick, but I'd like to give Demetria a huge shout out, she is always friendly and keeps that drive thru flowing so that you are thru there quickly and have a good experience. She is definitely a great people person, hope you keep her around for as long as she'll stay!

Best Duncan in town by far! FOOD is not cold when you bite into it consistency of the ice coffee's are are done well the manager that works the morning windows is always prepared and the staff is courteous thank you for helping my mornings start off !

I ❤️ this location. The crew here is super fast and nice. What I dont understand is the offers or lack of that Dunkins offers in its app. I mean a free $2 breakfast sandwich w/drink purchase is something you might have seen offered in 1985, but today?? Come on. I'm a grown man. I usually spend a minimum of $10 at Sheetz for breakfast and coffee but they give awesome points and deal ALL the time.
But I guess this is why I only order a small green tea when I'm at Dunkins and nothing else because, I like to leave a tip as well. Come on DUNKIN help these people who do such a great job for you with some incentives to the customers so that we have room to leave more of a tip when we can. Ok??
