I always place my orders on uber eats. I order yesterday and today Dunkin’ Lemonade Refreshers and two Coolatta. In the refreshers I ask for
less ice but then I called in ask if they don’t put no ice in my drinks in they put ice in my drink anyways in the lady was rude to me on the phone. She said if I don’t want ice I have to pay extra to not get ice in my drinks. My Coolatta I wanted whipped cream on top in I paid extra for the whipped cream but didn’t get it!

I have this all on recording!!!! The item I ordered on the app wasn’t available when I came to get it. They were upset I didn’t want the oat milk latte they offered instead. I told them I just wanted a refund. They wouldn’t. Said I needed to contact customer service which I did but it’s closed at 713. I then asked for my donut and the lady told me not to come back. ALL OF THIS IS ON RECORDING! I just want my money back at this point. Complaint and recording sent into corporate.

If you can’t handle a customer service job…you should probably get out of that field and pick something you can actually handle ✌️

The products us great but you know the saying about one bad apple.. Yeah, that overnight (female, lighter brown skin with glasses) worker.. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. I’m confident she’s breaking policy and procedure by not accepting any sort of orders including mobile and drive-through at night because of whatever reason. She doesn’t even say hello or how are you ever. No attempts to build rapport or be an ounce of personable. She’ll say “I’m not taking orders right now” ans soon aa you pull up to the voice box, and in a funky tone at that. There won’t be a line in sight so I’m not understanding what she constantly seems overstimulated. She’ll hand your change & order, and won’t even try to smooth her offputting first impression over with a “have a good day” or “enjoy”… It’s like she just wants you to take your shit and go. And I’m not understanding, because when I pulled up to the window, she’ll be sitting in the office with the security cameras, which is directly across from the window. Like it’s bad I’m telling you. Doesn’t even say hello when you come to the window. Just not personable at all. I complained about her at other locations that I’ve driven out of my way to go to before going to work. I need a cup of coffee and I would like to go to the location closest to my job but to endure attitude like that when you’re headed into a job you already dislike.. I’ll save myself the trouble. I don’t need that energy transferred to me.

Went thru the drive thru no one was in line Ordered two small iced coffee was told to pull forward. Get to the window to scan our app to pay was told I needed to pull forward to the second orange post and that they would bring it out was very weird as nobody else was in line. I did not move forward and stayed at the drive-through window, another car pulled behind ordered the Dunkin guy told us we needed a pull forward to the orange post again. He took payment for the car behind us and that car also had a pull up to the second post. We waited over five minutes for two small iced coffees they come from Dunkin through the back door to give us our coffee and I question why we had to pull forward in the guy said it was due to ticket times so that it would reset the timer. I thought that was very absurd that we had to pull forward because , the speed of service is inadequate and very poor. Something needs to be done as this is ridiculous that we had to wait and they are cheating the timer because they are slow workers.
