This star rating is for Carly who works the window and headset & her ONLY! Always very nice and welcoming, the other lady who happens to be the GM completely opposite! She’s always very rude, rushes you through your order & when you pay, never greets you with a smile etc! Horrible. Carly is the only reason I come back to this location.

This place can never seem to take an order at night. Feels like the staff is just being lazy. I’ve seen them sleeping in the booth by the wall when I arrive. And on the rare occasions they do take orders the tea and coffee taste old. If you can’t provide service during the night then don’t advertise being open 24 hours.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Customer service is horrible and almost every time I go they “ can’t take orders”. When they do decide they want to take orders it is never right and tastes horrible. I’ve never had a good experience coming here and won’t ever go back.

Being a wicked fan I was excited for the munchkin tin cans based off others posting and what Dunkin promoted it looked very presentable, until I opened mine and was pretty disappointed. Not only was I missing a few but it just looks like it was thrown in there There’s picture comparison

They know zero about customer service. They have an app and they aren’t even able to redeem points if the QR code doesn’t come up. Was told to call the phone line and I’m here right now. Won’t be coming back. So losing points and poor customer service is why I choose to go to other coffee establishments.

To lazy to make fresh coffee so when I asked for another one, don’t put it in the microwave and give it back and then laugh when I ask for a refund

The worker was VERY RUDE. We go to Dunkin all the time at the one on tusc but this belden village one the worker was hard to order due to her attitude. After getting our donuts I was on the side of the counter placing my children’s donuts in separate bags (1 minute in time if that) she told me I needed to move so she can assist others when I was not blocking nor in her way of helping others I was on the side of the counter. She did my order wrong. Didn’t know what donut I asked for and had to ask 4 times for one donut.
The order taker wasn't the most pleasant, customer service was lacking. I am usually a Starbucks fan, but this was convenient and they do have a lot of options. Went through the drive through, cups could have been filled rather than left with room at the top like this.

I'm not a fan of their coffee. I know others are. I had ordered the previous evening for an event at the office with a set pickup time. When I got there, nothing was ready and all seemed surprised that there was an order.

I love this store, but this new lady there tonight is not the one to have placing the orders with that attitude and rudeness wanting to hurry. I worked at the one on shuffle and understand how it gets but you don't talk or act like that to customers when they speak

My donuts were ice cold and felt wet. I waited in line for 20 mins just to be told the machine was down so I couldn’t get my frozen coffee. I was served a ice coffee that tasted horrible. I frequent this location often. I usually come around 9:40 am but yesterday I went around 5:30 pm and will never visit this one at that time again. Next time I’m on a later coffee run I’ll go to shuffle. Ended up throwing away a 10 pack of donut bites and six donuts. Freaking disgusting.🤢
