The driver was fantastic đ considering he was the ONLY driver. If I had known that? I would have picked up my pizza. The food was delicious. When I called asking about why it was taking so long? The girl on the phone was very nonchalant. It didn't make a difference to her. That's sad. I'm not ordering delivery again...if I decide to even order again.

Our subs were burnt literally so crunchy and hard you couldnât even bite into them. Called the manager & he goes to tell me I shouldâve just called instead of ordering online but Iâm confused on what that has to do with burnt subs. Then said he will credit the account for a sub and asked me how much it was I said 7.49 he said well I can do 5.99 because thatâs the price of the subs I said well why was I charged 7.49 for it he said maybe you added extra stuff. Ok so if I added extra stuff and paid the extra already these subs are horrible I should be credited the entire amount ! Wouldnât recommend 0/10

Use to be my fave pizza spot Ordered ALLLLLL the time && I quit because there incompetent and disrespectful they have no type of customer service Skills. They make mistakes & u pay the price then they hang up in your face when you ask them to make sense of it.
Waited over a hour called In 38 mins later they said 10 Mins away call back 20 later they tell me order was cancelled a HOUR ago and oh well thereâs nothing they can do asking if there was 2 orders ect like CRAZY then hang up On me Iâll be working my 12hrs starving and gotta drop the kids off hungry because we have to leave in 4 mins.
Never ordering here again will be contacting corporate or higher higher ups

2/23/25 I ordered 2 large pizzas for dinner tonight. This has always been our favorite pizza. Not anymore. We were terribly disappointed in the quality of the food. These pizzas must have sat around for hours. The crust was soggy ,there was NO sauce and the cheese was hard and dry. My total was $43.47 so I just gave them a $50 and I might as well as just thrown away that 50 because they delivered garbage. I called them back, and they hung up on me. So it's very sad that I had to leave a bad review, but you have lost my business and I've been a loyal customer for years.

My new FAVORITE go-to for pizza, people!! The crust, omg the crust, it is scrumptious delicious Perfect. It has this crispy yet chewy fried quality to it. I actually called and spoke with a manager just to give them a kudos call. That doesn't happen much anymore bc unfortunately businesses today lack some luster, let's just say. The manager was super friendly and took the time to tell me that they have been working hard to fine-tune recipes. Well job well done, I say! It worked. I highly recommend EOC and they will continue to receive my business Any time we have a hankering for delicious pizza!! Bravo!!!!

Just got home from a 7 hour drive in the snow from my weeklong trades job in Pennsylvania. Placed an order well before closing time (1.5hrs+). Was looking forward to relaxing and having pizza from my favorite chain. Pizza arrived VERY burnt and smoky smelling. Tasted like charcoal. Thanks for ruining an already cruddy day, East of Chicago.

Charging $2 a topping for a SUB is wild. 2 extra toppings and sauce and theyâre trying to charge $20 plus tax for a sandwich thatâs barely worth $10 to begin with! what a joke and i Definitely wonât return. Never knew the company was THIS greedy. Acting like toppings for a sub are comparable to a covering a whole pizza.

Personally I've Never gotten a Bad pizza from East of Chicago. They are definitely doing it Right ! BBQ chicken pizza is Great and my favorite.

The entire work crew and especially the Manager Stephanie are just the best . The food is always hot and is always the best pizza I've had in a long time.So if I were you and if you're looking for the best pizza around I recommend giving East of Chicago a try . You won't regret it

But with all seriousness, the service is top notch, the pizza was very good and with even better ingredients
I ordered a Chicago style deep dish pizza, and for dessert, I was recommended by the staff to try the peanut butter and jelly pizza! Now, before you go and say that it sounds disgusting, remember that it's as easy as it sounds, the dread from the pizza, peanut butter, and strawberry jelly baked to perfection.

My food had mold on it had me get very sick . Taken the order was incredibly wrong my buffalo chicken salad had mold on the chicken I'm still sick from the salad and the lettuce was wilted I will not order from them ever again. In the past I loved there food but now they are saying that I am a spam caller when I'm not they disrespect me on the phone and hang up on me when I was telling them what was wrong with my food and didn't receive my ranch sauce for my salad
