Rude customer service skills. Wanted a cake to service 50ish people. Wanted a one tier wedding cake then cupcake style. Guy was rude in answering. Said "I guess I'm going to say I decline because I don't do sheet cakes". I never asked for a sheet cake. He didn't give me a moment to even explain what I was envisioning. Finding Scott was such a stroke of luck! I hope you get to be just as lucky as me! I was looking for a very tall cake with a challenging design based on the ceiling at our reception venue (the Onesto), and Scott was open for the challenge of decorating. I'm not much of a dessert person, so I was much more concerned about what it looked like than what it tasted like, but Scott had us over for a tasting, and his cake won my heart. I am so excited about eating that beautiful cake!

I called once trying to find a baby shark smash cake for my sons first birthday party in 12 days. They answered the phone and i heard someone talking in the background and they hung up. I called back twice and they ignored my call BOTH times. Guess they don't want your business ???

So I was recommended by my assistant manager to have Scott make my wedding cake. I was told his cakes tasted great and he doesn't use fondant which is what all other cake places told me they had to use and I didn't want it at all. My husband and I met with Scott and he was extremely nice and so easy to work with and was extremely helpful and knew how to create my wedding cake without fondant. Scott has been just a delight to work with. He has a wide variety of cake, frosting, and filling flavors which vary from traditional to unexpected and even exotic. I fell in love with the height of his layer cakes, but he's got a very aesthetic versatile style, too. Take a look at his portfolio; the variety is amazing, but the consistency of excellence is what's really stunning. Highly recommended.

Scott made the most amazing cake for our wedding this past weekend! It had so many layers of different fillings that we wanted and overall looked so beautiful and tasted so great! Our only regret is that our guests took home all of the leftovers and that we did not get to try all of the flavors on the actual day. Highly Recommend! 10/10

First off, I want to say that the wedding cake Scott did for Melissa and I, was the best cake we have ever had! We are both very confident you will feel the same way with your cake! Scott takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows from day one with your cake tasting, all the way to your final selection! He offers a lot of classic and unique flavors for your frosting, filling, and cake. And his creativity to deliver your concept into reality is absolutely amazing! Melissa and I had a tough time trying to narrow down our choices for the cake, because they are all delicious. In the end we chose a bourbon buttercream frosting, strawberry cake with cream cheese filling, cinnamon cake with apple filling, and chocolate stout cake with chocolate bavarian cream filling. We wanted the frosting to be sugared and each tier wrapped with diamond bling. On our wedding day, when Scott brought the cake in, Melissa and I were blown away with the final result! It was perfect! Each cake and filling combo were way better than the small sample we had during the cake tasting. The tasting didn't do enough justice to how wonderful the cake was. It was very fresh, moist, and flavorful. Our guests could not stop raving about how great the cake was and were thoroughly impressed with it! Scott did a perfect job on our wedding cake. We got to taste all the cake flavors, fillings, and frostings...very tough decision because everything was so delicious. But, we are so happy with the flavors we chose (pistachio with red raspberry filling as well as butter pecan with vanilla Bavarian filling, all with a burnt sugar buttercream). I had so many people come up to me at the wedding and ask who did the cake. My husband and I, as well as our guests, could not stop talking about how delicious the cake was. We saved some of it for our 1 year, and it's very tempting not to dig into it now! Scott was very easy to work with, communicated with us to make sure all the details were correct, and did an all-around fantastic job.

His cake tasting sessions are like no other and allow the bride and groom to try many different combinations for a very customized cake. Kind of dissappointed. I wanted a cake made. The guy pretty much told me no by saying he wouldn't be able to help me because I said 50 people. Even said I wanted a 3 tiered cake made to be like a wedding cake but it was for a birthday and I really didn't cake if I needed to pay to serve 100. As a business professional he should have at least asked me more questions.
