The service is top-tier quality in speed, mindfulness and friendliness. The food is well rounded and tasty, with plenty of variety. I’d say the menu is a bit confusing, and the design of the place is a bit outdated, but it’s still my favorite restaurant in the canton area.

Service is going downhill. Depending on which waiter you get it can take a long time for service. Last visit I was almost finished with my meal before my companion received hers. When brought to the attention of the cashier (is there a manager?) she became argumentative and told us that’s just the way it is.
Food is generally good, though inconsistent. Hard shells tend to be stale, cheese dip sometimes too spicy.

Update: Got a $50 takeout order on a Thursday at dinnertime. Both bags of chips were VERY stale, enchiladas were not good at all, and the queso seemed as if it was old. This happened once before but it wasn't quite this bad. Lowering my rating and I won't return if it happens again.
