Ok my husband and I are regular Customers at El Rincon’s In North Canton I was in the area so I thought I would stop at This one on Tusc upon walking in, I went straight to the bar because I only wanted one margarita and a à la carte tostada mind you the whole time I walked in I was stared down. I wasn’t sure if I had a booger on my nose or something was on my face because of the staring, lol so I proceeded and sat down tryd to place my order and the manager owner told me that because of it being dinner time I could not order à la cart I explained to him, but it’s on your menu and he still said no so I asked him could I at least get a margarita he did make that I must say it was good the whole time I was drinking the margarita his wife or owner worker I’m not sure. She stood right by my arm and stared at me the whole entire time I was drinking the margarita I eventually asked, can I please have some salsa and chips she gave me that I paid immediately finished and left. I went down the street to Don tequila’s. They had no Problem giving me à la cart from the menu I paid and left. I just don’t understand whether it’s dinner or lunch if you order à la carte you just pay à la carte your bill and go, but I don’t know why I’ve never experienced that before but I guess he’s the manager / owner he makes the rules. It just seem weird.

Horrible service the lady was rude to me instead of asking me did I want to order she came up and said what do you want and I’m currently sitting at the bar so of course I’d like to order something and she was very rude. Don’t come here. They’re nasty.

Your average Mexican restaurant. Service and wait time were both good. Food tasted good as well. Daily specials are a pretty good deal. The bar is pretty small.
I had a lime frozen margarita, chicken enchilada, cheese quesadilla and rice and I was satisfied with it. I will go again at some point.

The fried ice cream was a definite treat to try! Service in was fast and friendly. My fiancee was happy stuffing his face with his San Pedro enchilada dish 👍but I was disappointed in my Taco Salad 🥗😔 firstly when I took my container out of the bag I had to go to my sink and drain a good amount of grease out of the container and so it was soaking my Taco salad in that.🫴🙄😕and usually you get either white shredded cheese or a white queso sauce neither of which was in or on my Taco salad 😕it was very plain beef,lettuce, tomatoes and a dollop of sour cream. I was not impressed.

very very bad customer service! I have ate in here once a week for the past 9 years and spent tons probably thousands of dollars and tonight was my last night I'm always overlooking her rudeness and her smirkiness but after she hollered at me and my husband tonight I'm done! all because they brought out the wrong food after he said beef just because the little girl that waited on us didn't hear him. she had no right to treat us the way that she! you have lost very consistent customers tonight over her rudeness. I have work customer service for over 20 years and I never treated my customer that way whether they was right or wrong you do not talk to your customers that way! you guys need to get rid of her or you're going to lose more customers! unprofessional

The food is phenomenal but the service is HORRIBLE!! Rude waitress!! I come here once a week for the past nine years and tonight was my last night! The older lady waitress ruined my meal. I worked 16 hrs today and came here with my husband for dinner to get yelled at by her just because my husband said beef and the other lady didn't hear him!!! I worked food service for 20 years and have NEVER talked to a customer like that. You lost a respectable consistent customer! I may be back when she's gone ! Rude!!
I just ordered from this location.. and they messed up my three soft tacos and gave me three hard. I called and told them.. I know what I ordered and the lady literally argued with me that I never said soft when I know I did. I was willing to bring back the three hard but she rudely told me I was wrong and had to pay for the soft. She ended up hanging up on me. Thumbs down on customer service!!!

I experienced very poor customer service at El Rincon Mexican Restaurant on Tuscarawas in Canton, Ohio. After driving home and discovering issues with my overpriced order I returned to address the problems with the woman responsible. She was unprofessional and rude, and the food was incorrectly prepared, with small portions for high prices. Instead of correcting her mistakes, she risked negative reviews on Google and Facebook. The food was also cold, despite my proximity. If possible, I'd give -5 stars. Avoid this restaurant.
