Missed items, order made wrong, awkward phone call with long silence. Not a pickle-soaked burger! Bummer, All I wanted was a remade burger some other day, man. Even had to wait 20 minutes past my pickup time for it. You should put hot sandwich veg o
n the side. Have you ever had bread in your soup... only a half hour later when you get home? I knew I should have waited to buy a t shirt☹️

The food was terrible. I ordered chicken wings and they had zero flavor. The wings had so much potential but I throw them away once I got to the hotel. I also tried the chicken and artichoke dip and it too was gross and dry. I knew once I say down the food and atmosphere would suck. The only have a pool table and one claw machine. You can tell they are doing the bare minimum to keep that place afloat. I tried the root beer too. Gross 🤢. You would probably have a better experience at Chili's. I gave the service a 5 Because she was very nice, but the food you can avoid. Maybe try brining the chicken 🐔🍗. You need to add flavor into the chicken. No amount of seasoning on the outside of the chicken is going to save it. And stop adding chicken to the spinach and artichoke dip. It doesn't need it it doesn't add any flavor or anything to that dip.now I understand that this business is only been in business for a few years but they're going to have to do way more if they want to survive at that location. And just for the record I rarely ever leave a review so you know this place was awful. Maybe have a chef come in who actually knows how to cook food. Because all the food I was on the menu was basically stuff that you can make at any regular restaurant. And the price points for all this food was not indicative of how the food should taste.

Came in at 3 PM sat closest to the left corner of the U bar by the door. First time here, but I guess a regular and I walked in at the same time because I was tossed a menu with the gentleman sitting to the right of me with no greeting. The gentlemen to the right was served before me. I never acknowledged. A few minutes later, the couple to the left of me was served another round with no acknowledgment… still. Waited a few more minutes and watched the white girl and black male with a beard serve a few more people around me and make conversation before I ended up just walking out.. Your employees serve customers to my right and left of me and did not offer me water or a greeting within 10 to 15 minutes??

I was pleasantly surprised by the food at Fat Heads. I admittedly did not have the highest expectations, but both the burgers that I ordered were respectable. The prices were reasonable for most of the things we ordered, but I did not fee the upgraded fries were quite worth it. They did not have good sweet tea, which is always a negative for our family. The atmosphere was alright and rather unremarkable. I do not envision going back, but I would be willing to return if someone really wanted to.

Kid-friendliness: This location had a kids menu and was fine for young kids.

Flatbread was missing chicken. Shrooms were generous but mushy. Pub salad was just chewy weeds without a touch of lettuce. Drinks were good. Our server was nice but sorta disappeared and was late with a Seltzer. Took money off for no chicken but meal was bad.

The service was really slow. The food looked really appetizing when finally brought out to our party. The appetizers were delightful. Unfortunately ,my fish sandwich had oil running, not dripping, out of it. It was taken off of the bill. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. Hopefully they do better next time if I am swayed to giving them another chance.

I have been to two other fat heads, but I've never been to the one in Canton. The waiter was awesome, but they were not very busy, and we waited twice as long for our food to come out compared to the two other restaurants. I was a little disappointed because I talked highly of Fat Heads to my company.

At 5:30 on a Thursday night, there weren't many people, so getting a table for 6 was not an issue. It started filling up about a half hour later. The place is quite large, with a nice sized bar and many wooden tables throughout the building. The brewery equipment is prominently displayed. Speaking of beers, they have a wide selection, about 20 different ones on tap. The beers I did try were very good.

Service was good. Our server checked on us throughout the night, and the table was cleared of our plates and utensils right after eating. She was friendly and took care of the table properly.

My food was pretty good. I had the Fat Italian sandwich. It was stacked high and full of deli meats and cheese. The Parmisian fries were also very good. Good beers, good service, good food, you can't ask for much better.

We stopped here for dinner. Had a bowl of gumbo to start. Then we had giant chicken wings, and a big pizza! The portions were enough that we definitely had leftovers. Service was fine and it was a typical sports bar atmosphere. Great if there is a game you want to catch. If not, just a lot of sports :) would definitely go back though.

Waiter acted like me and my friends were a bother. Kept making offensive jokes, misgendering one of my party, and was an all around douche.

The food this last time was pretty terrible. My potato skins were mini pucks, the sandwich that was ordered was dry, and the French onion soup that was supposed to be au jus was nothing more than boiled onions in a bad broth.

Food and beer were great, and our server was great, but unfortunately I witnessed another server who was unhappy with the tip they received from a table stand at the bar and loudly complain, swear, and mock the appearance and perceived mental state of the people at that table to the bartender and other customers trying to eat for nearly 10 minutes. It was awkward and unprofessional. I get the frustration, I've been there, but FOH is not the place for that and certainly not to other customers.

I went with a friend to get dinner and watch the Ohio State game. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, fries, and the Christmas ale. Everything tasted great, but I ended up getting sick later that night. My friend got mushrooms and a wedge salad. He said the food tasted ok, but the blue cheese dressing was too runny and wasn’t thick enough. I hadn’t been there in a while. After getting sick on what I ate, I’m not sure when I’ll be back.

Per Stark County Health Inspection: No soap or paper towels at handwashing sink, lack of sanitizer, gnats present, live cockroaches observed in the kitchen area, manager stated that was an ongoing issue for "years", holes in walls, no lids on food in hot holding.
