Went here today for the first time. I ordered the Italian Sub and I was not impressed at all. It's not hard to mess up a sub, but this sandwich just wasn't very good. Sad the say, but the best thing about my meal was the pickle spear. Wish I could return a bit eaten sub for a refund, because it was so bad I couldn't finish it. That's 10 straight down the drain. The service was surprisingly fast though.

Usually great subs. Lately the crew has just been lazy. Doing an online order is pretty straightforward, but apparently reading the sub toppings is a difficult task. Ordered a pastrami and literally only got meat and cheese. Paying 15 bucks for a lunch meat sandwich is not what I had in mind. Staff should take a second to read what topping are to be added to their sandwiches.

Foods great, service sucks. Your machine has been broken for accepting Tap To Pay for over a year. I said something to the employees working on 1/8/25 (evening - 7:30p) and she completely shut down. Attitude changed like I was criticizing her - I wasn’t. I was criticizing the lazy ownership. Tap to Pay is one of the most used forms of payment. Get it together & teach your employees how to be more respectful to customer feedback.

I ordered the Italian sub there was no cheese on it and there was so much dressing on it that it was a soggy mess. The Turkey sub hot hot Turkey when it was suppose to be a cold sub. We didn’t get our pickle either.

We picked up our subs a little late...so the guys were cleaning up to close. But our sandwiches were absolutely delicious. A tad on the pricey side...but definitely worth the drive to pick them up.

There was nothing posted that they were not giving out food for veterans after they hit an amount! I would not have ordered if I knew!

Found multiple hairs in my sandwich. Food was good, so I continued after the hairs were removed. Never forget. I should have gotten the Jamaican Turkey Jerk instead.
I suspect that this was done intentionally because I didn't tip. This just conjecture, though. I have no proof.
Walked in at 7:30, told we were not able to dine in, carry out only (but you’re open until 9pm?). Meals were incorrectly made, though the receipt indicated the correct order. Maybe the workers were having a bad day. Just left a bad taste in our mouths for our first visit to this location.

I used to go to Firehouse in Montrose all the time when I worked up there and LOVED it. Never ever a bad meal. Today I went to the one at Belden Village and they did not disappoint. The service was over the top friendly. You feel good when the employees rave about the food. If they will eat it, you know it's good. My sandwich was phenomenally wonderful. My only bad thing to say is I wish I would have gotten a large. Keep up the good work. I will be back

I come here pretty often and like it usually, but I ordered a club on a sub for my bf and an Italian for myself in the drive thru today and when I got my receipt it said pastrami and I asked "it says pastrami is that the same as club on a sub" (I have no idea what's on them bc it was for my boyfriend) and she said yes so I figured it was just another name and left, but when I got home with it my boyfriend said it was definitely a different sandwich and was disappointed :/ so I don't know if she just didn't want to redo it but I clarified to double check and still got the wrong one.
