Food is always good. However today I went and sat at the drive thru for 6 mins without being served went to the window the girl was sitting on her phone and just looked at me, and continued to sit on her phone. Someone else came by the window and took my order and was super nice about the wait.

I ordered a gluten-free Club sub, I went home to eat it, and the bread was drenched on the bottom, soggy as can be, hardly any Cheese And they forgot the bacon. Drenched in mayo, I couldn’t even eat it and the person who gave it to me had an attitude, but the place was literally dead, so there was no excuses that I had to wait 20 minutes for this sandwich. This is my first time and it was extremely disappointing.

Ordered takeout. First time I had been there. Meatball Sub was very good. Tuna melt was also good. Only thing negative was the tuna melt bread. I would definitely eat there again.

I've loved their subs I've always gotten the roast beef without cheese it's very delicious tonight when I ordered it for takeout and I got it home it was loaded with cheese I was so disappointed this is the first time I've ever been disappointed with Firehouse subs they need to be more careful making the sandwich they need to get the orders correct I'm sorry to say I was so sad for the sandwich I received tonight if I didn't look at it and I ate it without taking that cheese off I could have been very very sick please fire house be more attentive to what you're doing I'd hate to not come back there and I don't want you to lose a customer who really enjoys your roast beef sandwich

The food is fresh and consistently good. Who doesn't like a hot sauce bar? I do!. The Belden Village store is very clean with friendly staff and there are many ways to order. Use the app, drive through or go in and order at the counter. Did I mention a hot sauce bar! Love this food and the fact that I am contributing to help fire fighters with each purchase. Win win.

Ordered a Hook and Ladder Sub and a Medium Meatball Sub last Friday via Grubhub. Sandwiches were delivered on time but the Hook and Ladder literally had not one bit of meat on it and the meatball had no sauce and very little cheese. Of course when I called to complain they told me that I would have to come and pickup the replacements. What about reimbursement for the delivery fee and the tip? I thought Subway was bad, this experience was wayyyy worse.

Went here today for the first time. I ordered the Italian Sub and I was not impressed at all. It's not hard to mess up a sub, but this sandwich just wasn't very good. Sad the say, but the best thing about my meal was the pickle spear. Wish I could return a bit eaten sub for a refund, because it was so bad I couldn't finish it. That's 10 straight down the drain. The service was surprisingly fast though.

Usually great subs. Lately the crew has just been lazy. Doing an online order is pretty straightforward, but apparently reading the sub toppings is a difficult task. Ordered a pastrami and literally only got meat and cheese. Paying 15 bucks for a lunch meat sandwich is not what I had in mind. Staff should take a second to read what topping are to be added to their sandwiches.
