Had dinner here tonight with my mom, and it was so cold in the restaurant we had to eat with our winter coats on. Waitress Emily never checked on us, did not offer a soda refill, and was asked for items would only bring half of what was asked for. Will be taking a break from dinning here for a while.

I have tried to go here several times. Each time I’m told they can’t seat us due to varying reasons….low staff….closed a section early …etc. Tonight I arrived as a party of 6 at 5:45pm. I was told if I wanted to eat there we would have to split up. Half the restaurant was empty and there was at least 3 large tables empty that would have accommodated us. The manager said it was trivia night and unless we split up he couldn’t help. Trivia didn’t start until 7. We had small kids and were looking to eat and head home so the kids could go to bed. We could have been in and out and they still had plenty of room for their trivia crowd. Strike 3 in less than 6 months. As much as I want to support Perry Township businesses I will consider this strike 3 and won’t return.

We’ve been coming here for years. It’s one of our go-tos. Great service and food. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of their Chips & Dips, which we used to live. It has often been the tie-breaker when we have restaurants down to two or three. The dip is French onion, and it’s to die for. The chips have a light seasoning that I can’t place, but it is good. Over the last several months, however, the chips have been overcooked. We sent them back once and put up with them other times. The next time we were here we asked the server about the chips before ordering, and we were told there’s a guy who comes in early every day to cook the chips, and he always overcooks them. Every day? Every day.
Brought my family here on a saturday night to watch the Indians game and we had such a great time. Can’t wait for football season, we will be back! TVs everywhere in here, pinball machines, food was great. I have no complaints. Great

Football season can't come soon enough! They have as many tvs as bw3s and are way cheaper. I enjoy watching the Browns and Buckeyes during football season and an occasional Guards game. The owner is one of the nicest people I know and the staff is amazing. Top that with great food and prices and you have a winner!

Wanted to thank the staff that worked yesterday. We were the party of 20 that came in at 5:15. Your customer service was outstanding and your food was so good!! We had family that has never at there before. Needless to say they will be coming back for more☺️.
