Disappointed. Our dinner, we ordered the filet- bone-in - was so small - very disappointing, and over cooked even though we ordered it med- to med. rare. The sides were nothing special and the broccolini was not chewable - our appetizer, the sausage with lentils was also just ok. The risotto stuffed pepper was really tasty - however the sausage was overcooked and dry: the lentils bland. Only good thing - the server - oh and of course the wine/ so for that reason I will Give three stars rather than 2. We went to the Elm after and the steak looked a heck of a lot better !!!

Our neighbors had stayed at Gervasi about a year ago and raved about the experience. In fact, some of the neighbors returned again for the April 8, 2024, Solar Eclipse. We were invited to join them and could not have been more impressed. The grounds, Crush restaurant, Still House coffee shop, villas and rooms were IMPRESSIVE. We imagined ourselves back in Tuscany with the stone villas, walkways, lattes, linguini dishes, wines, etc. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delivered almost immediately to our room. The weather cooperated and we dined outdoors on the patio of our villa with friends. Our only regret was that prior plans prevented us from attending Gervasi's See and Sip Solar Eclipse Party. Gervasi has many special events - outdoor concerts, seasonal parties, wine tastings, etc. We hope to return soon to see the flowers and trees in bloom and go to a party there.

First class all the way! We didn’t make a reservation so we sat at the community table by the bar with some very nice people. The food was incredible as was the service. I ordered a pizza for an appetizer and the flavor was devine. Both our entrees were perfect.Food & drinks: Fantastic food at a very reasonable price for such a beautiful place.

Easter dinner at the Bistro. Service was great. The chop salad not so great. The Italian salad also not great. The risotto was dry and was sent back. The bruschetta was too sweet, had the normal balsamic vinegar AND caramelized onions, had a sundried tomato mash instead of fresh cut Roma tomatoes. It was ok but just not how bruschetta is normally done. Felt like the food was mediocre for primium prices. The restaurant was beautiful and the ambiance was quite nice.

Megan # 1576 was absolutely horrible on 03/24/2024 didn’t pick up after our table, didn’t refresh our wine or water glasses told her when we first got there about a birthday and she literally had to be reminded after packaging up our leftovers then said “ it’s only Gelato” rolled her eyes and still didn’t bring it for another 20 minutes. Love this five star restaurant but she is a 1 (star) waitress!!! We had to ask for our check multiple times yet she was Deaf to us… we had a physician with us and other medical personnel , a friend from Honduras and I tell you we were literally embarrassed with the service. She needs to go we’ve had excellent service there in the past in the Bistro and Crush House, she is definitely a non-fit!!! Maybe for the local circle K but not your establishment. Thank you!!
Second time going to Gervassi. It's so lovely. The spa is new and freaking wonderful l...highly recommend. The food and service everywhere is top notch.

The bed in this villa is the most uncomfortable bed I've ever laid on. I am shocked by how stiff and hard it is (not in a fun way). Very disappointed as the room is gorgeous and the staff is amazing.
