We got the easiest design for a cake and we were told that we could not do it. And Stacy from the bakery gave us the most ugly Happy 16th Birthday cake ever. And the lady that took our order put down multiple different ideas in case they couldn’t do the original idea and I don’t understand how we went to a white 2 tier cake with a boarder and 4 lines on it to be considered as the decoration and the handwriting is terrible how does someone spell “16th” and make it look like they said Keith. If I could I would gave yall a 1 star that’s horrible and we couldn’t get it fixed cause the bakery was closed at 2pm. Now we must go home and fix it thank you Giant Eagle Bakery on Tuas.

I ordered 70fresh baked cookies. They all were beautiful all different Christmas decorations as well!!! I’m very happy with what I bought I paid 105.00 for the cookies not bad though. I got 70 like I’m stoked???❤️they did awesome!!!

I love the recent changes made to protect your employees. I do have a recommendation that you clear the front entrance out so we can walk in and out without being so close together. Just a few produce tables that need to be pushed into the store. Thanks to all the staff working through all this.

Giant Eagle, you need to train your cashiers how to bag bags of salad separately from the rest of their stuff! Who's paying for their bags of salad? Who's eating the bags of salad if they get smushed? Definitely not the cashier with an attitude!

Omg giant eagle on cromer is ridiculous there was probably 30 people waiting in line 3 registers open full shopping carts it was horrible they cut prices and help aparently they should be ashamed do not go there today you will be in line for 40 min I had to put back my icecream by time I got to register it was melted way to go giant eagle �������������
