Was told 25 minutes on the phone. Showed up 25 minutes later. Paid and staff member said our wings would be out in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we asked again. Staff member said 4 more minutes. 10 minutes later we finally got our food. Approximately 10 other people were served during our wait time. Totally unacceptable. This is by far the worst gioninos in the area. Will never order from this location again.

I'm liking Gionino's. I think they must be under new management or newer to me. I quit going here a few years ago because the other guy (owner) was such a jerk. The staff is super nice and the inside looks good. Nice and clean. I always do take out, but it would be great for a small gathering to eat in.

Gionino’s is a great local pizza option and is in our regular rotation-I only wish they had a location a bit closer to North Canton but it’s worth a 10 minute drive. I grew up eating their pizza regularly and recently ordered 3 pizzas while my in-laws were over-everyone really enjoyed the pizzas and the employees were prompt and kind.

The food is subpar when they mess an order up they will not make it right. The owner could care less once they have your money. It seems every gioninos has taken this route unfortunately it use to be a go to but not anymore. Supports your local mom and pop shops that actually value you as a customer because this place sure doesnt

We received the wrong pizza the kid on the phone said they would make us a fresh one along with cheese bread. I Took the pizza back went in got the so called fresh pizza back home was ice cold and I only live 5 min down the street . They didn't offer to comp me for the food or anything for messing up my order . Will not be returning again
