Difficult to rate, because the food was SO good and the service was SO bad. I gave 3 stars. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the food and service were so mismatched. Our orders of lamb and bass were AMAZING and top quality cooking. But our server was just awful. She barely spoke to us. She poured my wife a tiny glass of wine, which was $20, and she barely thanked us for coming in or when we left. She also never introduced herself and never told us the specials. Such a disappointment for a place with such talented chefs in the kitchen. Management should focus on their staff. It was also very unclear to us when we arrived that the restaurant is in the basement, not upstairs, despite the signage.

Our experience was fantastic. Our server was very attentive and helpful. The crabcakes were incredible. Bottled wine is priced well. Pay a small corking fee. We had Cloudline Pinot Noir 2021. Loved it.

Food and atmosphere was incredible. Service, however...was a little slow. Server was very nice and polite and knew the menu well. But took forever to show up in-between the few times she DID show up.

Simply the best dining experience I've had in Canton in years, maybe ever! Every course of the meal was delicious. The service and ambiance were excellent. Can't wait to go back!

I have been to dinner at Huth & Harris downtown several times in the past 5 years, and thought it would be a great place to take my boyfriend and his friends for his birthday. The meal started off great, we selected two bottles of wine (screw top- important lol), 2 cocktails and many items off the menu. Combined our bill totaled over $400 for 4 people.After receiving our bill I noticed a “corkage” fee. Now the food here is decent, but is terribly overpriced for what you receive. One of the benefits of coming to this restaurant is that they are also a wine merchant and sell wines at market price. This is the first time I was ever given a “corkage” fee ($7 PER bottle.) we did not receive fresh glasses between bottles and our waitress didn’t even pour our wine for us! I’ve worked at many restaurants and I understand corkage fees. This is a tacky and ridiculous hidden fee to sneak on your customers bill in this case- but after our table discussed this for a few moments, the owner Whitney decided to come out and argue her point as to why they charge corkage fees on wine, even bringing another local restaurant’s name into the conversation- “we COULD charge high prices like X.” I have more respect for a restaurant that charges menu prices without putting hidden fees in the very fine print of their menu, which she made sure to remind me that it WAS on the single paper drink menu provided for 4 people. I was totally embarrassed that she continued to argue with me after I told her I wasn’t interested in further conversation (twice- I said “I am not here to argue with you.”) We were one of only two tables in the restaurant that night, and I did not demand the corkage fee to be removed, so why even continue this awkward encounter?It’s sad that I will not be returning to this restaurant after our treatment last night. The service has always been subpar but rudeness from the owner is intolerable. If you’re going to charge a corkage fee, instruct the waitress to inform the guests and also change the glasses between bottles and POUR the wine for the guests. This isn’t the first time a waitress has dropped a bottle of wine at the table and left without offering to pour. I’m sure the owner feels justified in their steps of service and additional charges, but I will not recommend them anymore.

Went there for lunch and it was phenomenal! I forgot to leave a review when I previously visited for dinner, there are OK restaurants and there’s this absolute gem of an establishment.

Service was very slow. Our reservation was right as they opened but only 2 other tables and appeared to be only 2 people working the floor on a Saturday night. Got drinks and an appetizer but was about 40 minutes before the server actually asked for our entre order. Overall was just OK. Ambiance is great however.
