Handel's Ice Cream Canton Ohio

after a 25 minute wait in line, I ordered and it definitely was a disappointment when they handed it to me. Compared to other locations (like Washington square) you get half the amount of ice cream, and I ordered the buckeye flavor and there was zero fudge swirl, zero buckeye pieces in it, and maybe a couple pieces of peanut in it… safe to say, we won’t be back to this one. The trip out to north canton is much more worth it.

If there is a line be ready to wait. Slow slow slow…and over priced. But the ice cream tastes good. Just be prepared to wait and poor customer service.

I asked for one scoop. 😂😍 Humor aside though, Handles is hands down mine and my families favorite local ice cream. We've been coming here for years and always leave happy and satisfied. The flavor options are always plentiful and changing, and it always tastes fresh. I wish they had more enjoyable seating options at the Jackson Township location, but getting it to-go and eating it at home is easy enough.

sweetheart, the light skin girl with the nappy hair I’m sorry I did not catch her name, but you handed me a pint to go with no bag no napkins and no spoon …when I ask for a bag. She just put the bag on the counter and says here you go. Now girl….I tipped y’all so I would expect for you to do your job and put the ice cream in the bag for me so that’s what I asked her to do put the ice cream in the bag. She’s lucky I didn’t ask her to go fetch me a spoon and napkins. get it together, babe. You work at an Ice Cream joint and your attitude sucks .

This place is consistently understaffed to the extent that it must be an intentional decision to make people wait almost an hour for an ice cream cone. The owner must not care and it’s insulting to the extent that I’m done with this location. I see other past reviews saying the same thing and the owner responding with “we’ll take this into consideration”. Prove it

Employees shut the windows and have an entire line wsiting foe over 30 before taking an order.

Waited a long time just to order because they rotate online orders with in person customers. Which I get but staff more people than maybe. Girl working doing a good job but she needs reinforcements.

Graham Central Station has always been my favorite. Did they change the recipe??? If they did, they need to be transparent. The last 4-5 times I have bought it from this Jackson Township store, there has been absolutely NO graham cracker…only ice cream and a few chocolate pieces. Im done! At $6.50 a pint, I can get better ice cream elsewhere!!!!

the go to ice cream place🍦flavors are always good :) a bit on the pricier side for the small portions. not much seating, but a great spot for a sweet treat ! hoping for more sugar free and sorbet options in the future
