Handel's Ice Cream Canton Ohio

Waited a long time just to order because they rotate online orders with in person customers. Which I get but staff more people than maybe. Girl working doing a good job but she needs reinforcements.

Graham Central Station has always been my favorite. Did they change the recipe??? If they did, they need to be transparent. The last 4-5 times I have bought it from this Jackson Township store, there has been absolutely NO graham cracker…only ice cream and a few chocolate pieces. Im done! At $6.50 a pint, I can get better ice cream elsewhere!!!!

the go to ice cream place🍦flavors are always good :) a bit on the pricier side for the small portions. not much seating, but a great spot for a sweet treat ! hoping for more sugar free and sorbet options in the future

My chocoholic cone is always delicious. Only wished there were more seating available at times. Usually, we stay in the car because there is not enough seating for 3 -4 of us to sit together

Parking: Free parking surrounding store. Located in a mini outdoor mall.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly seating and atmosphere. It's an ice cream shop with a Starbucks next door, so it's a pretty chill vibe, and drivers are cautious and never speeding (as I've seen so far)

When they are actually taking orders and not just sitting in the back on their phones, they’re very slow and do not seem to be in any hurry, the scoops of ice cream are so small and they don’t even try to add any to make the price worth it. But the past few times I’ve come, they don’t even answer the window. I waited 10 minutes this time before saying screw it and taking my business elsewhere. Save your money and just go to DQ.

Just horrific operations. So poorly run, ALWAYS understaffed and it takes forever! Why is there NEVER an owner or adult manager there assisting? To me it’s piss poor leadership when you refuse to roll up your sleeves and do the work. Order takers running back and forth also scooping the ice cream, making the shakes etc. Why is there no management here making improvements to the process? Teenage workers with their damn AirPods in, giving half an effort. Not only are the prices getting absurd, but the quality of the experience is rapidly going down hill.

We order your ices because they are dairy free. Tonight we ordered our usual the Blue Moon Ice, took a big bite and realized immediately they gave us ice cream and not Blue Moon Ice. My husband took it back and told them they made a mistake.The girl said, “oh, we discontinued Blue Moon ice.”So, instead of saying we discontinued it and we don’t have that flavor they served a completely different product with the only common denominator was that it’s blue. Never mind that it has dairy in it. What if we were allergic to dairy?My husband then asked if he could get a refund. Nope. Store policy, no refunds.

I am very disappointed. I went to the canton location with my kids. In the beginning when having my order taken the lady was very rude, so I asked if she was the only one in there and she said yeah sense morning so I totally understood the frustration off the batt. Well anyways I order a chocolate peanut butter ice cream cone. Once I received it, I go sit down and get my kiddos settled. I take three licks and realize it’s dark chocolate. I absolutely hate dark chocolate. I go back up to the window and I asked if there’s any possible way I could switch it out I barely touched it I didn’t realize it was dark chocolate because that’s not what it said on the menu. She got very upset and told me that it’s policy. I have no choice but to repay if I want something else and it took my breath away. I was like it didn’t even say on the menu what type of chocolate it was she’s like well this is the way our handles is Ron chocoholic means dark chocolate. I let her know she was being rude, and she just started laughing at me and was like because I’m going to make you repay if you want some thing else so I asked her name and she felt the need to nail down and start laughing and so proudly, keep repeating Alexisas. I honestly got in my car crying because it’s clearly expensive and I wasn’t even going to get myself something. Then I decided and I had no idea it was dark chocolate. I called a different handles and they said they would’ve had no problems switching me out which hurt my feelings even more…:::
