The food is good but the service sucks. By that I mean the whole automated system sucks. I had the wrong pizza delivered and have been repeatly trying to call and have it fixed and can't even reach anyone.. you push 3 like it says and it just repeats itself over and over.. food was good just wasn't what I ordered. Fix the app so maybe you can actually reach out to the store and talk to someone. The ordering service on that eventually picks up even tried repeatedly transferring to the store and no one was picking uo.. glad we didn't have any allergies and could eat the food that was delivered. At this point we won't be back, knew I should of just went with our normal pizza place.. that's what I get for giving you guys a try

Impossible to get ahold of the actual store to let them know they never added pepperoni to the pizza they sent you. We haven't ordered from here for about a year due to previous bad experiences, won't be ordering anytime soon again either.

First off they are always fast, the food has been perfectly cooked not burnt but just right, and the employees are fun to talk to you can tell a few genuinely love their job even when it's busy ... I mean sure the food itself is good too with the flavored crusts and the rewards system is a nice bonus but this location makes my day better every time, thank you.

Spoke with gentlemen on the phone he took my order was 48 dollars and some changes. After taking my address order and time he asks if I'm paying cash or card. I said cash, then he says their experiencing high volume orders. They turned me away and wouldn't except my cash after taking up my time. On top of that I asked to speak with a manager and was told I'd be on hold a long time. I will not and do not appreciate these disrespectful businesses strategies from hungry Howie's. I recommend people shop elsewhere. Poppa John's. Just took my order and is in route.

After our order was on the road for an hour, we called the store and were hung up on 5 times. After 2 hours passed, we went to the store to see what was going on after several failed attempts on the phone. We were informed that our order was canceled. Honestly just ridiculous. If you’re given a phone number to complain, nobody would answer anyway. Don’t even bother eating here.
