Went to Hungry Howies tonight on W Tusc in Canton. They have a big sign that states Howie Deal $11. The man there said its $12. Under the Lanham Act this is considered illegal business practice and is also considered false advertising. Never again !!

Ordered on their website 2 medium pizzas, howie bread, and antipasto salad. Girl delivered the order and was missing the salad and sauce that goes with the bread. When I asked her about it she said the store told her the salad didn’t go with the order. Tried calling 4x and nobody answered but thee phone disconnected each time. I want my $10 back it shouldn’t be such a hassle. Definitely won’t be ordering again

Credit card info over charged call to speak with manager calmly then my number blocked. Don't order from them and give any info that you don't want to spend the next day on the phone reversing. Also ask for Steve if you want to be ripped off

Ordered through door dash. Told my driver they were out of pizza and sent an order of bread through. The guy that answered the phone said I need to talk to Steve. They went to put me through and was hung up on and then my number blocked. Was charged full tip and somehow a order of crazy bread was 30 dollars

Did my first time doing delivery I’ve ordered a large pizza and a small pizza. Both my pizzas came burnt as heck and the pizza was so thin, even though I didn’t ask for thin also the pizza was so burnt that the cheese was so stale and the crust was so hard to chew on. The back of both of my pizzas were burnt and black. Also, my delivery came late by 13 minutes to the point it was almost cold.

Food has dropped in quality a bit. Our items didnt come close to what we ask for but I dont think that was the stores fault. The phone call service used to take customers orders is an absolute joke. Until the revert back we are steering clear.
