Credit card info over charged call to speak with manager calmly then my number blocked. Don't order from them and give any info that you don't want to spend the next day on the phone reversing. Also ask for Steve if you want to be ripped off

Did my first time doing delivery I’ve ordered a large pizza and a small pizza. Both my pizzas came burnt as heck and the pizza was so thin, even though I didn’t ask for thin also the pizza was so burnt that the cheese was so stale and the crust was so hard to chew on. The back of both of my pizzas were burnt and black. Also, my delivery came late by 13 minutes to the point it was almost cold.

Food has dropped in quality a bit. Our items didnt come close to what we ask for but I dont think that was the stores fault. The phone call service used to take customers orders is an absolute joke. Until the revert back we are steering clear.

The food is good but the service sucks. By that I mean the whole automated system sucks. I had the wrong pizza delivered and have been repeatly trying to call and have it fixed and can't even reach anyone.. you push 3 like it says and it just repeats itself over and over.. food was good just wasn't what I ordered. Fix the app so maybe you can actually reach out to the store and talk to someone. The ordering service on that eventually picks up even tried repeatedly transferring to the store and no one was picking uo.. glad we didn't have any allergies and could eat the food that was delivered. At this point we won't be back, knew I should of just went with our normal pizza place.. that's what I get for giving you guys a try

Impossible to get ahold of the actual store to let them know they never added pepperoni to the pizza they sent you. We haven't ordered from here for about a year due to previous bad experiences, won't be ordering anytime soon again either.
