Just got my pizza after an hour and 10 min of waiting. Of course it’s cold. Called in to see why it was taking so long and the only thing the guy said was we had 5 take out at the same time. I am pregnant and was craving pizza so disappointed. I live 1.6 miles away. Heck i would have came and got it myself if they actually cared to call and let me know their 30 min delivery time was extended.
i just want everyone to know that this hungry howies pizza place in canton has EXCELLENT customer service �
they had a situation with one of their delivery cars so unfortunately our order took over an hour to get delivered, when i called to check what was going on the guy was really polite and explained the situation. i didn't ask for it to be free because it was really no ones fault that a car broke down and he was so polite. but then a little bit later they called back...read full review
