Incredible pizza, clean building, INCREDIBLE STAFF!, and all around perfect. I love that in these hard times I can afford a pizza for the family plus left overs especially at this quality . I love going in because I always am welcomed by the nicest people ever here. The reason why the three stars is I decided to order for delivery (lazy today) and it’s now DOOR DASH!? I got notified the pizza was done and 30 minutes later I see it was picked up but had to make another stop???? DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE !!! It will ruin your opinions on it, go in and get it or you will have cold pizza.

Hungry Howie's: Decent Pizza, Major Delivery Inconsistency. My experiences with Hungry Howie's have been somewhat mixed, primarily split between enjoying the food and being deeply disappointed by the service reliability.On the positive side, the pizza itself is decent, especially for a chain. The crust is reliably soft, the topping options are plentiful, and their signature flavored crusts (especially Garlic Herb) really set them apart and elevate a standard carryout pizza experience. It's good, affordable comfort food—definitely not gourmet, but satisfying.However, the reason I can't give a higher rating is a major service lapse I encountered. During one order, my pizza was never delivered. I placed the order, received a confirmation, but the food simply never showed up. This isn't a small delay; it's a complete failure to fulfill an order, which is unacceptable in the food service industry.Because the food quality is only decent and the delivery service has proven to be unreliable, I can only rate my overall experience as average. If you're picking up your order, you'll likely be satisfied, but if you rely on delivery, proceed with caution.

It's always sad when you gotta come back and nerf a good review. We moved into this neighborhood in February and the workers then were better.
The last few times we've gotten Howie's the pizza has been over cooked, under cooked, missing toppings or unwanted added ones.
Howie bread that was still so raw we had to finish cooking it and same last night with two Howie rolls.
The quality in food and workers has drastically declined. I understand they're a busy location and have worked in pizza places myself but this is getting to an unacceptable point to where we aren't sure if we'll return to this store, it would be more worth our money to go to the one on Tusc or a different business entirely.

The dude who answers the phones needs fire. Rude as hell. Horrible customer service
horrible service, absolutely horrible food. i ordered my pizza with light sauce so they “remade” it for me and absolutely burnt the pizza to a crisp. when i told them i simply wanted a refund at that point they said it should be within 3-4 days it should be in bank account. well a week later i go back in to tell her it never got refunded she basically said there was nothing she could do. their names are ashley and mickey. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Ordered a pizza from them, and they did not deliver, or even call. Charged me and never showed up lol. Went to call in the next day for a refund and their phone isn’t working. So if you like getting scammed this is definitely the place for you.
2 weeks later, got in contact with the owner who refuses to refund my $25 over a pizza they never delivered. What a pathetic place lol

Will never order here again horrible service owner doesn’t care why spend my money here. Their customer service is a joke when you call in no one can tell you anything. If we boycott this place maybe we can get a pizza place that wants to have good costumer service. Can’t get who the general manager or owner is so must be. It proud of there establishment

I’d rank this 2nd to last place as far as pizza places go in Canton. The service is decent, no complaints, but the pizza is disappointing. More sauce than pizza, the cheese and toppings are almost floating on top. The crust saves it, but not by much. 3.5/10
